Last week I was looking in a local paper and there was an ad for a bar having “mens night”, which got me really excited and I tried to post a picture here but it wouldn’t let me so I’m just writing it now. I was watching the election stuff on prime video and the host was talking about how a lot young men are leaning towards Trump and asked people why they thought it was. The answer of one lady was that men feel like they’re being shamed for masculinity and people like trump and joe rogan are the ones to say “no, it’s ok”. I feel lucky they mentioned another mens rights related issue on it too but can’t remember. I personally dislike both trump and joe rogan but if he wins then this is the upside I’m going to tell myself. It was a heavily advertised showing on prime video and I feel like them mentioning it is going to make a little bit of difference at least, especially if trump does win even if he doesn’t personally do anything to benefit us. I think politicians and media are going to start taking is into consideration again and stop shitting on us in order to win back our favor and that more people in general are starting to wake up to our issues too. Does anyone else think they might be noticing an upturn?
