Makes sense actually, from their point of view. The father must take responsibility when the women doesn't abort, even when the father doesn't want any child. It's not a great leap of logic to say the father must take responsibility if the mother aborts.

The core idea here is : her body, her choice, their responsibility.

Yeah no.... No it doesnt. The reality is that the woman consents to unsafe sex then chooses to kill her child. The man wether he has an opinion or not cant in my mind be an accomplis to this(lets just say its considered murder) unless he aborts the baby himself.

If he lies or coerses her to murdee then yes there should be jail time, but no where ndar as long as the ones that actively and directly murdered the child ( again this is hypothetical. I know its not considered murder... At least not yet).

Am i wrong here? Id love to hear a challenge to this logic.

Edit; on second thought obviously no male doctor would ever perform an abortion for a woman, so this is 100% accurate.
