Jealousy, projection, sour grapes... It's all old, and getting harder to give the slightest fuck about.

Older women are upset that men prefer younger women (don't forget, it's men who are entitled!)
Male sexuality is bad and must be demonised
Female sexuality is good and must be celebrated
Sex is something that men do to women, so its "empowering" for a woman to "take control" of her sexuality, see above.
(Old) men are bad at sex, hurr durr, low stamina, erectile dysfunction, doesn't know what a clitoris is, etc.
Women can't be bad at sex because they're the passive element

There is no double standard, they're just living in some magical fantasy land where their bullshit makes sense.

You're right. It is deeply disheartening that, especially with actual predators, women are treated less harshly preying on a male child than the reverse.

Being held to unequal standards though is not inherently a negative thing. Have you ever had a teacher or a boss say 'but I expected more from you'? Higher expectations are correlated with higher performance. Letting a woman off light for literal paedophilia is like saying 'stupid poor woman doesn't even know who to legally have sex with'. I think it's demeaning.

While it is unfair that men are held to higher standards in this regard, I don't believe the standards themselves are unfair.

What I find crazy is how we're not supposed to make observations about women. I knew a woman who would sneak out the door before work assignments. Would stand by the door and creep out. One day I chuckled and said watch, Susan. She snuck out making more work for others and I laughed. I got chastised for and people were mad at me for pointing it out.

Or how when women try super hard looks wise with makeup and all and we're not supposed to acknowledge they're trying super duper hard.

There was a time when my father was working was working as an emergency physician. That's a hellaciously tense job; one tiny little mistake, and someone's dead. And you don't even have time to mentally process it; you need to see the next patient, and do it NOW.

At the same time, my sister was working as a 911 dispatcher. If she did everything right, she might have to listen to, and even SEE, someone in a situation SHE SENT THEM INTO die, live on radio and camera.

Meanwhile, I was working as... a fast-food cashier. If I screwed up catastrophically, someone could... get the wrong order. At which point I'd apologize, fix it, and give them a coupon for a free order of fries. These jobs are NOT the same in terms of training requirements, risk, difficulty, and stress.

Yet the Feminist mentality (or, rather, the ideological grouping that Feminism is a part of) would have you believe that I should've been paid the same as my father and sister. Does that make sense to you? It shouldn't didn't to me.

And now that they are the elders they are doing their best to force/convince young women to throw away their best years too.

The cycle of abuse continues.

Their jealousy toward younger women manifests itself in overt hate of men and stealth hate of young women, and I include teenage girls in that.....and your great-great grandma probably married as a teen and was as happy as today's woman is miserable and consumed with jealousy.

Elder women get special treatment because.....they ARE the elder women or been tricked by them! Its self interest on one side and being a dupe on the other!
