Some universal basic human rights that western and westernized countries formally define and protect for all women, but infringe or not even formally define for men, resulting in these fundamental human rights being regularly denied of men in western and westernized countries

Some basic human rights, are denied today of many men in the west.

Among those I would count:

1) The Right for Due Process. This right is violated in university campuses, where tribunals are set up to rule on matters that per the allegations, fall under the criminal law and therefore cannot be discussed outside the judicial system, at least not in a democracy, these tribunals negating the right for legal representation and for appeal.

This right has also been abolished in other organizations, such as work places and schools where a testimony on sexual violence is accepted as true without investigation by the only entity authorized (in a democracy) to resolve the accuracy and evidence in allegations of a criminal nature - the police, and with punishments applied.

2) Equality under the law. In my country, a man was imprisoned for consensual sex with women from his organization, despite the fact that the women have insisted time and again that they were not forced into sex and refused to file complaints (some of those women even filed sexual harassment complaints against the investigators for intruding their personal life by investigating their intimate encounters). He was sent to jail nonetheless. Women are not imprisoned in the west for having consensual sex but men are, which is a violation of the principle of equality under the law.

3) The right for equal opportunity. This right is violated daily. We know of the ads that announce a position as closed for men. We also know from studies that a woman is twice as likely to be accepted to an academic position as a man with equal qualifications and experience and that women need half the publications a man needs to receive an academic position. We know of employers requiring of HR women, to hire only a woman for a certain position regardless of candidate suitability. We know today from studies that boys consistently receive lower grades than girls for the same performances, and that there are universities that offer 300 scholarships for women and not one for men.

4) The right to one's body and safety. In the UK, rape by a woman is not acknowledged, creating a concrete and real situation where women have the right to rape through their exemption from the criminal law, and boys' right for safety is thereby infringed.

5) The right to your offspring. This universal human right is currently not listed in treaties that define human rights such as the right for due process, however, after feminists fought sixty years ago to change divorces laws of certain US states that stated that a child belongs to the father, who could detach that child from the mother, it is today clear that "The right to your offspring" is indeed a basic human right and has always been treated as such - regimes that forcefully separate children from parents are and have always been considered inhumane. However, while this right is protected for women in the west, it is often violated for men. Their children are not acknowledged as theirs because of laws and practices that enable and permit that women would detach a child from the father.

6) The right to choose parenthood. This is another universal human right which is not yet listed in typical human rights treaties, yet one which has been revealed due to feminism as being a basic human right. We know that women's right to choose not to enter unintended or unwanted parenthood by abortion is respected in all western countries and in most states in the US, while the same human right of men to choose not to enter unintended or unwanted parenthood is almost completely infringed - a man can be forced into parenthood when he was deceived (regarding pills, by sabotaging condoms or obtaining them after the fact without permission, by infidelity in marriage while misleading the spouse that the child is his), or by rape of young teens or boys.

These are some universal basic human rights that every human being has and should be able to realize, that are protected and formally defined for women, but that are not protected or not even formally defined for men in the west today. There are human rights that women have and men don't have. No democratic country that respects equality and human rights can tolerate such a state.
