You may be seeing a reflection of something else. The percentage of women declaring themselves as feminist has been shrinking. The last I heard, they were down to eighteen percent of women in the US and only seven percent in the UK. The natural consequence is that, as the moderates leave, the radicals remain.

Could you point me to a few that aren't? Because all the feminists I've seen and heard think that white men are a privileged class, sexual dimorphism doesn't exist, the West is a rape culture, and women are oppressed. I don't know what your standards of crazy are but in my view that's pretty fucking loopy.

Feminism should be bashed. THey don't even help women, let alone men. They actively make things worse for both sexes/genders.

Also I don't see how this is a straw man when it's quite widespread. Trust me it's not just a "few" feminists.

Women have issues as well, this subreddit was about not bashing women's issues, but talking about the issues men uniquely have.

If you want anyone to take you seriously, lead by example and post lots of good stuff. Then write a post that reads like this: "Hey, I posted these 10 positive, constructive articles in the sub this week. Here's where and how I came up with the topics and sourced the content: ......... I'd love it if some of you would consider doing the same, because this is the type of content I really like seeing in this sub".

I've noticed the same thing; it appears to have become a lot more hardline anti-feminist over the last year or so. I'm a pro-feminist MRA who falls in the "MRAs and feminists should be natural allies" camp, so I find it pretty disheartening to see. I suspect it may be a symptom of the increasing political polarisation around social issues.

Give me one reason why an exclusively female supremacist group needs to exist in America today. Women have superior rights to men. There is an ocean of difference between a women's rights advocate and a feminist.

Attacking feminism is very very often synonymous with advocating for men's rights. For good reason.

The society is a one whole. You can't give someone rights and not to harm someone else. So to bash women's issues is correct if it is needed. But the main our goal is to not achieve privileges but to achieve equality of all people around the world.

So I guess Mary P. Ross erasing male victims of sexual abuse, The Duluth Model of Domestic Violence, NOW opposing Shared Custody, Mansplaining, Manspreading, Scientists getting their reputations ruined by wearing harmless shirts or making jokes, that was all delusional straw feminism, right?

Those few dozen have positions of power in government. They teach in colleges and universities, write articles for mainstream publications, and were highly visible during the Women's March.

I absolutely agree. Extreme people and events are often noticed and overshadows the much more mellow middle. There should be no aggression towards a demographic, just a focus on improving conditions of yours. It certainly doesn't make sense to try to improve if one pisses off the other side. In order for change to work, you need the power of both sides. After all, the opposition is what stops groups from attaining their agenda. One should try to get them to understand and empathize. Name calling and hate, no matter how true, just widens the gap and lessens the probability of working together to get shit done.
