this is the only place I am aware of where the hypocrisy of [some] women and feminism is being called out and highlighted. The news articles highlight this hypocrisy. Other issues or subjects are also a welcome source of information and discussion.

Honestly, the attacks on incel subs and fringe groups has pushed a lot more of the radical elements here. My advice is don't give up on it. Now that you are in a better position (or so I hope) use it to help reform and keep up with the betterment of the movement. Push back when you can so you don't cede ground to radicals, but don't let it tire you. Find and post progress stories to keep spirits up and find and upvote and comment on what you find worthy.

I'm always sorting by new myself, but if you see something worthy, please share with me and i would be more than willing to help with any efforts to stop the whining.

I will admit I am absolutely awful about voting on posts themselves but I will up/down vote the hell out of comments. You kind of have to think of all the groups that come here and consider their stance and position in MRM. This sub is the "general" chat for lots of other ones, even some that were banned due to feminist tyranny in reddit.

And if you think you have a solution to even a single goddam thing, post it. I'm pretty positive if you have anything at all (which I doubt) it ain't the solution you may think it is.

What are you offering, exactly? Or just concern trolling? Yea no surprise that any advocacy sub is going to become a hub for outrage links, it's easy to post and its generally what people come to the sub for, to be honest.

It's part clubhouse. Every once in a while you'll see a stickied activism opportunity page up top, or a special advocacy petition.

But yes, in the mean time we tend to sit and remind ourselves why we're here, as if we need it. Really it is very extremely tiresome, I'm already aware of the why. I suppose it's more for passers-by to see and understand that the MRM is not a hate movement but is in fact staring directly into the face of these daily stories and not keeping quiet about men's enforced position in society.

I've seen plenty of visitors to the sub say they've had their mind changed about us. Maybe it is working. Our numbers keep growing and the news about us is less incel-mislabeling and more curiosity.

We're not the only ones getting sick of feminist droning and hateful ideology.

This sub use to be a place with great information and help for others like me in similar situations.

What evidence is there to show that this isn't the case now? If someone were to come here to seek help in their situation are you confident in saying that they'd be bombarded with memes and not answers? No evidence? Ok, moving on.

Like your post? On another note, those complaints are all people might need to take those issues seriously. You want it to be a 100% squeaky clean subreddit with no points of contention whatsoever, then nothing will progress. This is the digital age. MRAs do that on a frequent basis, you just ignore it on purpose or you're trying to spread a narrative about this sub that simply isn't true. The sub is better off without you trying to attack people constantly for what they choose to discuss.

You are deliberately cherry picking posts you don't like and then extrapolating that to a whole sub of over 200,000 people.

Couldn't agree more. I've noticed the same in other men rights groups I associate with as well. We have seemingly adopted the methods we once hated and I find myself disagreeing more than agreeing with people in this sub now. We have gotten petty, and are playing the victim way too much. The worst part is its a full pack mentality here if you do post something you will get downvoted to hell, and most of the time it's just not worth it.

It is no longer constructive, but rather has become destructive. There are many problems worthy of awareness in relation to men's rights, but to post complaints with no solution is not helpful.

I do agree. Commenting on something and saying things that are not “women are bad” will often get you downvoted. It’s hard to put forth a rational argument sometimes. The new posts about the security guard taking down a guy in a bar is one. The woman security guard runs. Trying to argue that her running isn’t inherently because of her gender is not met well. In most cases this sub has turned into an us vs them set of posts.
