I was just scrolling through the Change.org feed and I saw a very popular petition to ban all Female Genital Mutilation in the state of Massachusetts. It just made me think of how biased the public is. There’s no stigma against male circumcision in the US. It’s fucking stupid. I think all circumcision for all genders should be made illegal unless consent is given by the receiver of the surgery. Not by a guardian, by the receiver. Any surgery without consent is mutilation. Period. This is badly worded, but it’s 2:13 AM and I’m fucking tired and angry. 16M here by the way.
