I would loudly tell them to stop touching my children. Then turn to my children and remind them of the dangers that talking to strangers pose, because of the epidemic of female pedophiles, rapists, and abusers as we shuffle away from the potential criminals.

Women have a huge sense of entitlement when it comes to children, and not just their own, either. In western society, children are seen as the property of the mother and, in a more diffuse way, the property of women in general.

I've never understood the penchant for wanting to touch some strange child. You have no idea what if the parent has bathed them or anything. They could have ketchup matted hair from the lunch they just had as another example. Kids love putting food in their hair by accident. I personally don't want that stuff on me.

In our culture, many women secretly feel threatened when they see a father and son spending time exclusively together and bonding.

To women like this it is a threat to what they see as their power over children, and by extension, men. Not just the fathers of thier children, but all men and children.

Thus the need to intrude, give unsolicited advice and leave what they hope will be a long lasting stain.

I sympathize with your frustration, but be aware that this is not happening because you are a man. If I had a dollar for every time some random stranger talked to one of my children or gave me unsolicited parenting advice, I would be very wealthy. As you said in another comment, "I swear he would would be a better wingman then a basket of puppies and ice cream." Babies and toddlers are like a magnet. Men tend to hold back, but I can't even leave my house without some random woman telling me something like the baby needs a hat. (No, he doesn't. He hates hats.) Paying close attention to babies and toddlers seems to be some kind of biological imperative. Trust me, they are not judging you more harshly than they are judging me.

Women have the right to abort the little fuckers so they feel entitled to give parenting advice while holding your child. Even if you tell them not to they will say "Its okay, im a parent/ Its fine i want to be a mom".

That's mansplaining. You know, people come to you, start explaining things without a permission and just go on. Only men do that to the opposite sex. Touching part is called mantacting (the term mixes the word man and contact because only men are culturally allowed to touch strange kids, otherwise it could be called femtacting - which would be ridiculous).
