Saw a female customer wearing a shirt with this slogan on it today when I was at work, and did it ever take every bit of strength I have to not go off on a swearing fit, but it's not worth losing my job over a misandrist idiot like her. I hate slogans like this and how they pass for gender equality, when they promote blatant sexism and supremacy. This is the same garbage as "the future is female," "Girls run the world" and "the future belongs to girls." Disgusting misandry passing off as gender equality when it promotes just the opposite. So where do men and boys fit in the future if it's only for women? I can only imagine the uproar there'd be over a shirt that had "Men are the future" on it. Frankly I find both slogans to be equally sexist but whereas one would be rightfully condemned the other is instead considered to be promoting gender equality, when it's a shining example of misandrist supremacy. It's arguably child abuse as well when young boys are constantly exposed to this garbage rhetoric, basically being told they have no future and there's no place for them. I've seen sayings around here that "If the future is female, equality is history." But the sad and scary thing is it largely already is history when this kind of garbage is socially acceptable and even encouraged.
