Date/seduce married women. They already have a day to day crisis handler guy, they need a boredom fixing guy while he is busy juggling problems, or working time for himself in.

All she needs you for are the exciting and entertaining parts, and the occasional bitch/complain rant or venting about him. Then you get mad nookie after listening to this usually.

Edit: Also these relationships are usually cheap, b/c she can't go out or be seen with you anywhere locally probably, or is a bad idea... So she'll just want to sneak off to your place, then be busy every other day after.

Edit: I've never intentionally dated a married/attached woman for these or any reasons. It just happened to work out that way. These are just the asshole side perks, asshole side silver lining perspective.

Target women in vulnerable situations.

Exploit women who are super old and super young (18+). Older women swipe surprisingly often on younger men, and I know lots of men whose first time was with a grannyy/milf they met off tinder. If you go for a young girl, use your maturity advantage to lead her on.

Exploit women in poor countries. They're super easy to pick up using your western wealth and status. If you want to build a harem, Asia and Africa are poor enough for one to fulfill those dreams. For instance, go to the dating site Afrointroductions where a plurality of the women are "open to polygamy" (not western polyamory where a man cucks himself, but 3rd world polygamy where a women lets herself become a harem member. Harem setups are absurdly normalized in some African nations!). As someone who's browsed lots of sex tourist forums, I know plenty of degenerate trash who've managed to build harems in poor countries. Exploit fat women and ugly women. You know those women who you're frustrated to see within your few matches? Use them for sex. Old PUA's called this tactic "dragon slaying." Consider it a form of monkey branching. While you're undergoing your self-improvement journey in your 20's, find an ugly girl to provide you with sex and validation (don't marry her though, make her a forever girlfriend). Then when you're 30 and an alpha, dump the uggo and pursue hotties.
