This girl is a poster child for why I'm anti-surgery. Not in the usual way, like the horrific cases where someone butchers themselves to look completely different. No, she's a perfect example of a person who wasn't ugly (objectively pretty, in fact), but did something completely unnecessary for no real benefit. Before and after are like... 8 vs 8 or 8 vs 7. It's pure body dysmorphia, obsessing over something that isn't actually a flaw.

it doesn’t matter. i have sympathy for very rough-looking people that get plastic surgery, but in this case, when you’re fine before… once i find out a woman has had any amount of cosmetic surgery (besides breast reduction) i just think she’s a lost cause. unstable and likely to be crazy, a self-esteem vacuum that i will never be able to fill

i hate aspects of my appearance i can’t control, but it’s too vain and pathetic to get height splints or whatever

The nose is not gonna look like that after a few months, usually the final shape takes quite a long time. The work is very tasteful but she was already attractive and it’s hard to majorly upgrade from that

She went from 7 to 7.25 imo. Waste of money and health risk for marginal improvement. Should've gotten a boob job instead.

I dont see much of a difference. Her skin looks lighter, probably bc of the lighting in the room. Honestly, I don't see why she needed plastic surgery to begin with. Plastic surgery is a hustle over here, and I seen so many people get addicted to it to the point their faces look like a mannequin. On this US Army base over here, damn near every Korean woman as plastic surgery, and a lot of it you can obviously tell.

7/10 before, 8/10 after. Seems like she was really unhappy with her appearance for a long time. Hopefully she can now be happy with herself.

Before. A young pretty girl with a nice fat distribution on her face. Only problem I see is that she does not have that great teeth distribution but they look clean and healthy.

She looks a bit uncanny after and she does not look more "cute and youthful" to me at all. She looks older and that is after the heavy light pink babyface makeup.

Honestly in the before & after picture (at 8:45) the biggest difference I see is the lighting quality and contrasts from makeup, not so much the structure of her face.

I’m not sure I have much of a preference in either direction. Her surgeries strike me as subtle and unnecessary.
