Imagine an utopia where technology basically solved all our problems. Nobody has to work anymore, there would be a good basic minimum income everyone gets just for existing. No more career driven-ness, no more competitiveness, no more providing, no more planning for retirement, no more "can't afford a family in this economy". People would just chill the fuck out and live peaceful, low-pressure lives, do whatever they want.

Would women even be into men at all in a society where men can absolutely afford to just chill the fuck out for life and be complacent/lazy? You know, like how those "lame men" already are, but that pushed to the extreme and backed by guaranteed income.

Maybe women's and men's deepest motivations are just incompatible? Maybe Adam would have really preferred to just chill in paradise but Eve genuinely can't stand it?
