Why would it be? Charisma is just an important psychological trait to get people attention.

No, it's just your opinion, and it could be true, most people like a charismatic person, it's only natural to be an important trait to appear attractive.

Nothing wrong, it's actually a decent advice. Working on becoming attractive, can make you more attractive, that's just basic logic. Of course, there's also several other things that make one attractive, and you should work in all of them to maximize your potential attractiveness, that's like what most people do, even women.

I thought charisma == vibe == good energy == blue pill ?

I disagree on that, charisma is also part of why confident bad people can gather attention and following.

Charisma doesn't really exist, its a social construct/perception.

A handsome man who is quiet may be perceived as brooding and mysterious.

An ugly man who is quiet may be perceived as creepy and up to something.

People make most of their beliefs about a person within seconds of meeting them, and it is very hard to disabuse them of their initial impressions.

To me, the “pills” can be simplified to this:

Blue pill = Personality and chivalry are what primarily attracts women

Red pill = Charisma, money, and status are what primarily attracts women

Black pill = Looks are what primarily attracts women

I think most guys believe in a mix of the above. Me personally, I think what attracts women is about 70% looks, 15% charisma, 10% money/status, and 5% personality. So, I’m mostly blackpilled, with some red pill, and a tint of blue pill.
