You are in essence claiming cultural influences in dating dont exist. There are core similarities between people everywhere, but women in the US are a lot different than women in other continents, particularly regions that havent been influenced as much by the plague that is liberal feminism.

There are likely statistically significant genetically-based average differences in a variety of cognitive and personality traits between various racial and ethnic groups. But for the most part we have no idea how to measure them properly.

Evolution, or changes in average traits, generally happens slowly. However, it can happen faster than most people think, especially after big events. The Black Death, which wiped out like 1/3 of Europe's population, and not necessarily entirely randomly, might well have moved the needle on average cognitive traits, if only by a bit. Etc. Etc.

The truth is that most people are intrinsically the same everywhere but behave differently due to environnement, culture.

If they behave differently, then I’m not sure that they are really the same.
