Not true. I think everyone suffers from insecurity, but beautiful people are judged for being insecure. It stands out because "how could you possibly be insecure about your looks?".

Because fuck you we're human. When someone is unattractive and insecure everyone just says "improve yourself, do this, do that". Doesn't work on attractive people.

Nah... the more beautiful a woman is the more people notice and pay attention to her insecurities, the more they got out of their way to dispell them and make her feel better.

No ones gonna take time to talk to an uggo about her feelings, though they're just as real and valid. She has to develop a thick(er than the pretty girl) skin.

Not the fat uggo who was bullied and ostracized every day and has deep gouge marks along her arms from frequent suicide attempts. That chick is actually privileged when you think about it.

It's the successful beautiful beloved women who are truly victimized by society, and hence have the most reason to be insecure.

When will this campaign of terror against beautiful women end? When will they finally achieve the same rights as their ignored, mediocre looking counterparts?

Personally speaking, I don't have many insecurities. I was praised for my looks a lot growing up, and still am, but that doesn't mean my accomplishments were ignored.

Tell that to the 150 lbs 5'3 girl with acne. Everyone can be insecure and everyone can excel in something regardless of their looks.

I dont take seriously people who blame their lack of success on being too good looking. There are dozen other reasons for not achieving what you want.

No, if you have accomplishments as an unattractive women, people still fuck with you. I've noticed that the more makeup I wear and the more I conform to fashions, the more my "accomplishments" suddenly count.

If you're an unattractive woman, you're viewed as lower than an unattractive man regardless of how successful you are. This is what we feminists view as a double standard because the beauty industry is trying to strong-arm us into looking like stacys as a bare minimum to succeed in society.

This is why losing weight has made me into more of a size acceptance activist and fat acceptance ally than ever before. Because after seeing the difference in how we are treated and now having more of a voice in society I have to stand up for the people whose voices are ignored and shitted on.

Nah man, beautiful women just go on tinder and get message after message. You add to that that she understands that 90% of her existance derives from/is founded on how attractive she is to men and you get one very narcissistic and secure woman. Every hobby women have (makeup, hair, shopping, dieting, gym, pole dancing) pertains to looking good, and if she doeslook good and that box is ticked off every secondary other thing is just gravy.

I agree but I have to qualify my agreement. Hot women are way more insecure than you think. In her daily life everyone's telling her how they'd walk miles through the desert just to hear her fart through a walkie talkie, so if you can find something she's actually insecure about and neg-hit it you've got her intrigued. No one talks to her like that.

So, functionally, for a man with good game hotties are nearly as insecure as uggos. Just gotta have an eye for imperfections.

Nah. Attractive and unattractive women can both be insecure.

And you can have status outside of your looks even if you are attractive.

It's kind of gross, but I do think attractive women's insecurities are played up a lot more than unattractive women's. For one, it's because society just cares more about attractive people. For two, it's because it's more acceptable/less awkward to be like, ''omg I'm so fat today'' as a size 2 than as a size 16 (it's easy to comfort the 2, awkward to reassure the 16). For three, men love beautiful women and female vulnerability and this plays into a cultural narrative of sexy, helpless, beautiful women who can easily be taken advantage of.
