While at a colleague's wedding, it occurred to me that most of the high-flying women at the professional services firm where I work have married men who are less accomplished than them. In most cases the women have a better standing in terms of family background, education as well as occupation.

Socially, these women are very feminine and are great first mates to their husbands, always supportive of their careers and great homemakers as well.

Viewing this through a RPW lens, would be keen to see what the group thinks of this "trend" and if the imbalance in social standing would impact the long-term viability of the relationship.
