I am a 20 year old girl and have been blindly following the warped feminism taught to the Millennials. I've been lurking on TRP and RPW for a few weeks now and have read all the suggested reading and strongly agree with most of the content. Many of the women on RPW are married women (makes sense) so I'm wondering what advice or tips can you ladies give out to the younger generation--Generation Y--who solely grew up on the twisted feminism fed to mainstream media.

Before finding out about TRP, I was a mess. I was like every other college student--going to parties, exploring my "sexuality" (thankfully I was not too promiscuous), and believing that I will always be wanted. My parents are together but live apart due to job relocation and I've seen them both cheat on each other numerous times. I grew up without a proper RPW in my life and was shocked when I found TRP. All of a sudden, everything made sense.

Now that I understand my nature as a woman, I can easily spot when I'm "shit testing" and making bad decisions. But because it's become a habit, it's hard for me to stop myself and change my frame.

My current boyfriend seems to be naturally RP and alpha and I've been quite happy with him for a while. Ever since I swallowed the red pill, I've been trying to implement the values of RPW into our relationship. I've been more submissive, more supportive, more willing to please him, while trying to stop my clingy-ness and naggy tendencies. When I actively do this, our relationship improves 200%. However, I can only maintain it for a few days at a time before I lose frame and start shit testing (unintentionally of course) or feeling bitter because I'm not getting spoiled or some other bull.

I know I have to try harder and eventually it'll become natural. It's hard because I need to actively change my entire mindset and sometimes bits and pieces slip into my frame and break it up.

So what tips do you ladies have for me, and other young girls, who want to become a RPW but are having difficulty adjusting to the mindset?

To clarify, I have no trouble with the basics: exercising, cooking, pleasing my man. But it's just the mentality that is hard to adjust to. How can I stop believing that I'm "special" and how can I stop feeling so entitled? Is there any tips or exercises I can do to slowly change my mindset?

Also any other tips will be greatly appreciated.
