Honestly, I strongly suggest finding a therapist you like. Trauma like that needs to be worked through, and a good therapist will really be able to help you in the long run.

If you have a hard time finding a therapist who won’t bother you about RP stuff, look for an explicitly religious counselor or even try a pastor. I’m not Catholic but go to a Catholic counseling service so I don’t have to deal with raised eyebrows about my traditional relationship

This is a great suggestion. I always try to remind people that therapists are not a "one size fits all", as frustrating as it can be you may have to "shop around" to find one that you feel is helpful.
That said you do not necessarily want a therapist who is just a cheerleader, good therapy will push you emotionally at times and can sometimes be difficult. Ideally you want a therapist who connects well with you so when it's time to hear and handle some of the tougher parts of therapy you're able to come to terms with working through the pain while feeling safe, supported, and not judged.

I’ve spent over £600 trying to find the right one i guess it just doesn’t work for me. The only thing that could help is going back in time and that’s impossible xx

Virginity is more about a state of existing before any sort of sexual experience.
Chasity is a virtue. You were chaste before your marriage and remain so in your marriage.
You were, are, and will continue to be a chaste woman.
All the while, I hope you seek counseling.

Get help for your mental health. You do not deserve to suffer in silence.

I did not manage well. My stepdad raped me when I was 16 and I got into hard drugs.
It still hurts but I do my best to move on. I don't talk about my old life or what happened to me.

Wasn’t raped. But I dealt with the assault by basically rewiring the part of my brain that accepts blame for things that aren’t my fault.
You know, the part of you that goes if I’d only done X or not done Y...
If you were raped that’s on your rapist. It was not your fault.
It’s hard to change the way you think, but yeah, talk it out with someone close or get therapy. I don’t know how many times I needed to hear it wasn’t me before I finally accepted it. Good luck.

Definitely therapy/ counselling. That’s not something you should be expected to traverse alone ♥️
Another thing that helped me is the saying that after every seven years, every cell in our bodies has died and been replaced with new ones... last year my husband and I celebrated seven years together and so I officially have a body that only he has ever touched.
The psychological wounds will always be there but I find comfort in my body being new and have been still coaxing myself and my mind along with it ♥️
Takes practice ♥️ All my love to you and yours.

When asked about my sexual partners I make it clear the count I give is for consentual partners. Those others don't count in my mind(but I'm not trying to lie either, just emphasize the difference). I think of it as they assaulted me and got physical, but it's nothing compared to me also deciding to then go and sleep with people. It did change my relationship with sex and my own sexuality however. I even lived as FtM for a while so people wouldn't see my feminity.
A combination of therapy, guided soul searching(read: Journaling on questions that were VERY hard to answer), a trusted FWB and psychedelics(use a professional if the option is open near you) to unblock that part of my brain. Before working through it I treated sex like a chore. You give it to people who want it if you want them to stick around or otherwise not hurt you. Now I'm capable of seeing it more as a gift I now have the ability to protect. Not only do I now crave sex, I cherish it. And what's more important is I cherish my feminine self.
Trauma has a way of disrupting life plans. It can be hard to even accept it happened because that means accepting all the ways it's hurt you beyond just the initial act. You've got to identify all the ways you've been hurt and that means facing the pain head on. But you've got to face it to get through it.
Good luck OP. I'm so, so sorry it happened to you. It wasn't fair or okay. But now it's your responsibility to deal with. My heart is with you.

They have a free PTSD book you can read, but it would be best paired with F*ck Feelings - which is 4 dollars on ebay.
It's a good read - and one of the better psych books I've read. It will mesh with the RP beliefs. They even talk about joining a cult in the PTSD book as a possible option of dealing with your needs of structure to cope. So it's a really open minded concept and one of the only ones I read that acknowledge t hat some people need different things to get/feel better.
Whatever happened to you - is just that. You didn't do it. It was done to you. Your husband loves you.

Oh god that is fucking tragic. Please speak to a therapist. I've been raped throughout my childhood and my emotions and memories are repressed... that's how I manage.
