My buddy's female colleague at a catering company started seeing a married lawyer guy she hooked up with after they had a catering gig at a law firm they where hired to work. It was some sort of anniversary and new partners being made.

Now the creepy and disturbing part is, that my buddy found out from other female colleague that she bought a hard drive, where she saves all correspondance with the lawyer she is having an affair with. Such as email exchange, sms exchange, photo of them intimate together etc. Apparently she said that was her " Rainy day insurance".

This just made me think about the resent sexual allegations made today against people with wealth or influences, such as the recent one with the British Royal family.

One thing i learned though out of all this, is that being a man today isn't only about improving your self and do well, but also to protect yourself against skirt wearing con artist going for the long con.

I changed lot of things in my life after seeing this, such as hooking up with random strangers at the bar, a thing of the past which i now approach with caution. It was only two nights ago when i meet this girl at the bar which suggested that we take the party to her place. As we both where pretty much drunk, i just stopped at the door and decided to decline the invitation and just call it a night.

Because if i went home with her i know that would be considered " rape" since she was under the influence, and "not able" to give consent. Its ironic she is responsible if driving drunk, but when it comes to the bed sheet its a whole different story.

Im sure nothing would happen if i went in though, but i keep wondering what if i somehow manage to make something out of my life and becoming successful? And that image with my face all over papers, and her sitting on Oprah and on The View with the new tell all book about that one time decades ago I "took advantage" of her just popped in my mind, which finally calmed down my sexual arosal, and just get home for the night.

Sick world we live in. I need to rant in here at least once a week to keep my sanity.
