About 6 weeks into discovering TRP. Realized I have a mix of both Alpha and Beta traits, but almost always Beta around females. I've been lifting for close to a decade, dress well, but never really outright used that to any advantage. Always doing the wrong thing in female relationships so I'm happy to learn and switch up my mindset and actions.

Anyways, had my first tinder date since TRP and changed my approach. Now I'm at the point where trying to convert that date into a plate (totally new to me). We went out a second time, had sex. Now here's where I would try to do "friends with benefits" or just "casually date" and possibly escalate to a more emotional connection. I've been strictly texting for logistics, FYI. Even when she sends longer texts I'm very short and to the point.

My question is, how do I go strictly plate with this girl as opposed to FWB? Or is there not that much of a difference and I'm looking too far into it? We have another date set up where we are gonna go out and most likely end up in bed together at the end of the night, but isn't this still more so dating since we go out together before having sex? Any advice is appreciated.

So I have been applying tenants of RP for about a year now.

Made some big progress including physically, finances, education , and psyche wise

I lost my virginity this summer, and hooked up w/ some tinder college chick in my town 4 1 day a few months back but something horrible happened.

A few days after the hookup I ended up w/ a cold sore and tested positive for HSV1.

I can't lie, it has really boggled me, forced an unintended monk mode and I'm still at a loss.

I made all these improvements and was seeing an upward trend, but I feel like mackinf days are over.

I've done hella research but still don't know how to move forward. I feel like I can't hit or hookup with girls w/o mentioning I can get cold sores, whixh I feel will kill any chances I have.

Any one deal w/ this issue? How did you overcome.

I am curious as to how RP is working so far in East Indian culture. Is it effective right out the box or do you need to modify it a lot? I am not Indian but see a lot of RPers talking about game in India or in the American Desi community and it seems like there's some considerable variation when factoring in the cultural difference.

I'll give you the TLDR right away. My LTR just dumped me, says she doesn't believe she'll ever be able to be with anyone and just doesn't feel connected with me anymore, just wants us to be done. Apparently she's felt this way for months but only now had the balls to tell me. I should have figured it out but I didn't want to believe it was so (big mistake obviously). The last two years were a sham, her telling me she "loves me so much" and "we'll be together forever" the usual bs I should have known better than to believe. Sure I made mistakes but I didn't think they would be this serious (and they were never brought to my attention until now). Anyway, I started to try to fight for our relationship and then I stopped myself and realized I'm better off. I then stumbled upon TRP and I already love it. At this point I'm not sure how to proceed because this is the most complicated breakup I've ever gone through. Normally I'm back on my feet quickly, but this time we live together, have pets together, have a phone together, and her car loan is in my name so is technically mine due to her bad credit. There are 9 weeks left on our lease. She has made it clear that she is not going to run out on her obligations and I appreciate it. I will not just kick her out and take her car thus leaving her homeless and carless (she's originally from way out of state). We both feel pretty awkward but neither of us are even financially ready yet to get separate places anyway. I am thinking I should just wait it out and in March we go our separate ways. What do the veterans here think about my situation? If you have any suggestions or would like more specific information any input would be appreciated.

I am in the infant stages of TRP. Started seriously reading about it a month ago but even before I had already been making serious changes concerning my lifestyle and appearance.

Seriously, how to get over performance anxiety? Just keep having bad sex until it starts getting good and you're confident in your ability?

I am not a virgin but due to a lot of shit that I created by my own doing I went 6 years without sex. I said fuck this, enough is enough, and downloaded a few dating apps. Honestly though 75% or more of my success is because I'm already above average in looks and have a good physique as I have been working out for a while. Once I meet the girl in person a lot of what I've been reading goes out the window unfortunately do to me being nervous. (Like I said I was a hermit for years mainly because I moved A LOT and was really into doing drugs.)

First girl I met at a hotel after talking to her a few days on a dating app. It started off semi-awkward then was going okay, we were 69ing, until she said I was choking her (I'm average length and if anything I should've taken this as a compliment). Seriously, I went flacid within seconds. She commented on it. Eventually I was good again but finished within literally a minute. It got to a point where I just thought whatever fuck it. Cats out of the bag. I suck at having sex.

Now every encounter after that has been pretty much the same... I practice no fap and do not watch porn. I only went into detail to give some context.

Plate gave me an ultimatum the other day. Commitment or our arrangement would terminate (FWB). I calmly got dressed, asked her to get her things and walk to my car and drove near home, just around the corner (to avoid the relatives).

Before I could even say anything, she started crying and saying stuff like "are you serious? We're done just like that?". I explained to her that she left me no choice, because there was no way I was going to give up my freedom. She called me dumb and cried a bit more then agreed to go back to my place where we continued where we left off.

Later during the day, she messaged me saying she "needed to decide". I didn't quite understand what the hell she was talking about at first, but finally I understood she wanted commitment. I thought she had understood earlier when I wouldn't budge so I told her to "take care" and blocked her (all all my social media) for the day.

The next day I check my messages and she's just sending me paragraphs of stuff. Saying how "she won't bring it up again". I told her "alright, we'll talk soon". She's coming later on this week when I have time.

My questions are:

Where did I go wrong? Where could I have done better?

Is it reasonable to expect monogamy for any period of time from a woman so long as I maintain frame and stay above her in SMV?

I have a plate who I view as my number one. I sleep with other girls, and I'm not hunting for a relationship. She is aware of this. I've read and reread managing your bitches, and if she cheated I'd be gone like the wind. Of all my plates this one is my main simply due to the fact that she has shown complete devotion to me since we met. Was a virgin, spent her entire life savings to buy a place a block away from me because I told her I'd never consider moving far from my father, etc. She's 19, so plenty of rash decisions, but I'm not out to ruin her. 19 years old and first post here. Used to have Instagram in high school where my account had decent followers and helped my SMV a lot. Unfortunately, the account got hacked a few months ago where I also lost the photos that helped my SMV a lot(achievements, friends etc). Since then, I chose not to make a new account and avoided instagram completely.

However today, got on instagram after a while due to boredom using a friend's account and began scrolling thru people's feeds. I began stalking this "chad" and just felt envious of his life portrayed from his posts. Next day, I caught myself stalking a few other "chads" and begun envying THEY'RE life. However the funny thing is, when i looked back at the chad i stalked the day before, he's account at that moment just felt ordinary to me relatively after. (Possibly due to familiarity of his account, hence became boring.) (All of them have similar SMV, none are celebrities)

Does anyone else experience this too? Like, even tho your profile portrays you as a High SMV man, your posts are permanently kept there for everyone to view and be constantly compared to with others. Hence building familiarity and losing any sort of edginess or mystery to your name. Where in this case, having no Instagram but having game gives you the upper hand.

However on the other hand, if you don't have instagram(especially for a 19 year old like me) it may come off as creepy since everyone's using it.

It's a hollow question, but i'd like your thoughts on this.

Post-hernia surgery and won't be able to lift for a couple months. Any recommendations for retaining muscle mass during this time? Unfortunately I tend to lose strength rather quickly if I break out of my lifting routine.

I have been out of the gym for a month due to time and money constraints, I now have the money to go back for three months, what I could also do with the money is go on a trip with a couple of friends for about a week, I turned 18 a couple of months ago.

I'm not sure what should I do seeing as the gym is obviously very important but a trip with my friends could be a nice experience as I have trouble growing my social circle and I believe it could help me develop as a person.

What do you think guys?

Why is anyone actually expecting women to want or wish anything rationally? It is not how they have been intended to be, for centuries or millennia.

For the whole history excluding recent decades, women have never actually had to make a choice. Women have been literally taken by whoever managed to.

"Dating", for the entire history of humanity, has always been a fight between men, and not a (metaphorical) one between men and women. So, from an evolutionary stand of view, we shouldn't expect women to automatically rewire immediately. Maybe with generations women will start to act more rationally and recognize their new role, but for now we are mostly seeing the vestigia of a world in which everything and anything about dating has been polarly different, for thousands of years in a row.

Read the whole shit, I won't provide a TLDR lol.

I'll start by saying I'm inexperienced as fuck, early 20's, never been in a relationship, although getting a lot of female attention which I mostly deferred due to being shy and beta as fuck growing up. But after messing up and making no direct advances with a semi recent girl I had a million chances with due to us hanging out everyday and her asking prompting questions until she possibly got frustrated due to my lack of action. I was more crazy about her than she was about me, but I kept a semi blank expression. She had to move to another country after like 6 months of us meeting, so I decided to improve myself.

She's not the only one I messed up with though. I discovered that the girl I had a secret crush on for 4 years in high school had a little thing for me, and has now been dating a guy that looks and is like me for about 3 years. It hit me hard that my lack of action was hindering me from opportunities. I'm not like awkward and shit. I had lots of female friends back in college, and always made them laugh + I intuitively noticed a lot of them had a crush on me as they always wanted my attention, conversation and hugs, while only a few revealed to me. But my overthinking and low self esteem kept me from progressing.

Anyway, met this most recent girl who lives in the same block. She always complimented me, and we went clubbing a few times and she was all over me.

Physically, she's a banging 8.5 and I'm the type of guy she's into as she's told me this + based on her previous and current guys. Physically I'd rate myself a 7. I don't workout, but have a natural athletic figure, 6ft and dress pretty smart + unique & girls 100% always tell me how much they love my eyelashes and smile lol. She always complimented my clothes, especially my chick magnet jacket.

Went deep inside a few times which I received sparingly, and after about a month she semi called it off. I was kinda like wtf, we were only holding hands and cuddling like few days ago with no apparent reason for a change of the state of things.

Then it hit me how much I messed up. I am what you'd stereotypically call a nice guy. I do to others what I'd want to be done for me, but then I realized that I'm just an easy target for being a doormat. I also realized that she wasn't treating me particularly well, but I went along just to see the outcome + I was in a position of lack of pussy so I didn't value myself. Discovering TRP changed my perspective, although I don't fully ascribe to all the ideologies. Basically I was giving too much and getting back almost nothing. Like I care too much about people and had a hard time saying no which is beta as fuck. Basically I'm on a mission to become more savage and only give to those who deserve it in my eyes.

Anyway with this chick, I was needy and gave in to every request she made for us to hang out, failed a shit ton of her shit tests, wasn't dominant and let her lead which turned her the fuck off, texted her to entertain her all day like a puppy (well she initiated most of the conversations), didn't escalate to sex many times we were cuddling in bed watching a film although she could feel my boner on her ass (I thought escalating was needy lol, and I went by the notion of if you want to give me the pussy then throw it at me and tell me to fuck you. I'm not going to beg for it), I also told her verbally that I was looking for a long term relationship and that I'm romantic lol. The only good thing I really did was tease her a lot, act extremely casual like I would with a normal friend, and not give her compliments like "You're beautiful etc", as I decided to never compliment hot women on their looks although she's a fucking 8.5. I only complimented her ass in a joking manner. I guess all these things sealed it off for me.

After we stopped our little thing, I was a bit sad and pissed off at the outcome, so I backed off. She did tell me she's sorry for leading me on and she's not good at relationships. Then she started messaging me more which I replied with blunt tones. She also started seeing another guy who fits into same category as myself which made me feel like "Why the fuck is she now fucking him when she could be fucking me. We had such a good connection". And she also asked me if I mind if she's seeing someone else and I said I don't give 2 shits. She also asked me if I found someone else + said she'd probably never fuck me again (this was a shit test when we were drunk on our way to the club with friends, talking about how shit was lol) We still used to hang out, as we have mutual friends etc, and I decided to keep myself in check on the surface rather than act like a whiny bitch. I'll only be a whiny bitch internally to myself.

Now I'm on my self improvement shit, and I've made some progress in terms of my social skills, mindset, finances etc. But there are some major gains coming soon and I can imagine her trying to slide back in in the future when I'm at my prime, but just wondering what I should do if the situation arises lol. And in terms of being at my prime, I'm not trying to use my prime to go out and stick it in every hole as I'd rather not increase my probability of getting an STD.
