Be careful of everything you say and do in a corporate environment when men are outnumbered by women 3-1 and most management is empowered womyn.

During the last week, three of our managers were out for the week. I have been employed by this company for over 10 years with zero disciplinary action. Not to say I've been a model employee, but I've never crossed the line to inappropriate conduct. Ever.

I've gone on a path of self-improvement that has taken three years so far. TRP has only been the last year or so, and as someone else said, take what is useful, discard what doesn't work for you. As one of the older guys here (40+), I found what I thought is a good balance for me of TRP and other self improvement methods.

During this week of managers being out of the office, 7 complaints were lodged against me. One of them being extremely serious, sexual harassment in the workplace. Now, I've never crossed that line in over 10 years, but as soon as my female HR manager caught wind of it, I was guilty as sin. No discussion, not allowed to defend myself or ask questions. Guilty as charged. No trial, no defense.

I have also been setup for two other complaints that again, I attempted to show respect for myself, respect for my managers by stating that there were inaccuracies in the complaint. Again, I"m guilty.

When a man goes on a self-improvement kick, changes his life, empowered womyn who have shitty husbands, or their life is not what they want it to be, they will take it out on you. Because you have improved into something they want, they get the tingles. Then you will be a bad man for your improvements exciting them. They can't hamster the feelz away, so they blame and accuse.

I've read of similar things happening, and for the first time, I have experienced AWALT in real life.

Now I am a pariah here at this workplace. Not only by the false accusation, but gossip runs rampant here. I look at this as another opportunity. I haven't been happy here in a while, and I'm going to turn this into a positive and look for other employment.

Bottom line Gentlemen, be ready for false accusations because women just aren't happy. When you show them who you are, that your life is happy, they rationalize their own bad decisions in life to make you at fault.
