This is gonna be a pretty unique FR.

So new years day I'm with my family doing some more tame stuff before I ditch them to go out with my friends at night time. My abdomen starts hurting, and working in the medical field I pretty quickly realized that is was probably Appendicitis. This leads me to go to the ER, find out I'm right, and get surgery all in the next 3-4 hours.

After surgery I get wheeled to the room I'm gonna be staying in overnight, since I can't leave right after surgery. That's right, I stayed in a hospital bed over New Years. However, I wasn't alone.

There was a brand new medical assistant there, probably like 20-22, single, at least an 8/10. She just started working there a month ago. She came in to check on me every fifteen minutes, which I know is way more than regular.

Now, even though I was stuck in the hospital bed with an IV stuck in me and however many other machines attached to me, I figured I still had nothing to lose. I was in a hospital gown, and although I'm no bodybuilder, I've got a pretty nicely muscular body, which is at least slightly visible.

So she comes in before midnight to watch the ball drop with me since we were both stuck in the hospital. When the ball dropped she looked at me and said she hadn't had a New Years Kiss since she was in high-school, so the best I could, I grabbed her arm, pulled her down, and kissed her. Nothing too heavy, as I couldnt really move without feeling pain.

It probably lasted for like 3 seconds, then she pulled away. She said she could get in a lot of trouble for that, I told her she knew it was worth it, and that she should give me her number in case I needed her help again.

She kind of laughed it off, and asked me if I really thought it was that easy, and I said "Well apparently, it is." She laughed that off, and said she had to go check on her other patients. (It was new years eve, I'm pretty sure I was the only patient staying overnight.) As she was walking out, she sort of did that, put her hand on the door frame and look back at me, and said "You're pretty confident for someone who just lost his Appendix." And walked out.

So, I fell asleep pretty quick after she left, woke up and talked to the doctor, he told me I could leave. That same girl came in to give me my discharge paperwork and walk me out of the hospital. Lo and behold, as I sat down in my car and looked at the paperwork, there was her name and number on the back of the paperwork.

So, this just happened this morning, nothing else has happened with her yet. Just wanted to share this story and show you that even if you just had surgery, you can still maintain some sort of frame, act like an alpha and you'll always have success.
