Good write up.

I think you should add turning on the GPS/location feature & Google location history on your phone. The last few FRA (false rape allegations) were times and places which were so completely wrong and they had decent alibis. I keep my Google location on, in case of the very off chance I am in their position, but lack a good alibi.

There's some changes to be made here. You absolutely cannot slap this setup together with 200. The pc with the hard drives would cost close to 1400 dollars. If using raid you 5 you need double the hard drives. That aijt cheap. Not to mention the cameras. If buying all those new that will likely run you 3k for cameras and mic's. Not to mention you don't go into how to set it up at all. Security camera NAS's aren't exactly a cake walk. The software needs to handle looping, it needs to timestamp. Not to mention the general setup of the server usually requires a decent amount of technical knowledge and familiarity with linux. Also the drives would be getting a 24/7 workout. They would have to be WD reds or a specific type of hard drive built for NAS's. With that you can expect a failure every few months easily.

Reasonable expectation of privacy is out the window when you're in another persons home. No need anywhere to notify anyone of recording equipment unless you're in a 1 party consent state like Illinois. Even then, that's just for audio. You have every right to record your OWN home.

In theory, the prosecution still must prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. In practice, if a girls says "he raped me" that is it, then the burden shifts to un-prove what she said. There is even a specific section in the Canadian Criminal Code that says a single witness without corroboration can be enough to prove a point beyond a reasonable doubt. That was inserted specifically so that a lone female could get a guy convicted on her word alone with no additional evidence, and judges have to inform the jury of that.

The other thing about affirmative consent is that it is so awkward it is basically unbelievable to listen to a guy explain how he asked for it and received it at every stage. . .even if he did in fact do so. It's such a mood killer (outside of some BDSM scenarios) that nobody does it, ergo all sexual encounters are rape and it is just a matter of whether the girl pursues it or not after the fact.

As far as the standard of proof is concerned, "balance of probabilities" or "preponderance of evidence" is the civil standard. Assault, including sexual assault, is a tort and therefore can be pursued in civil court using that standard (think OJ who was not convicted of murder but found liable for unlawful death).

The thing is, kangaroo courts have a whacked out concept of evidence and probabilities. They have biases that lead them to all sorts of stupid decisions. Not all administrative tribunals are macropodine. Housing tribunals tend to be ok (although the laws themselves are usually slanted against landlords), as are employment tribunals, but labour tribunals tend to be pro-union. The worst in government are the human rights tribunals. Outside of government, something like a bunch of beta-fag-blue pill-SJW students and teachers sitting in judgment on an alleged rape case must be the worst of all time.

i record all interaction ... living room camera and bedroom camera all offload to external remote servers so if my equiptment is seized or confiscated i still have evidence

i dont care about the legal ramifications .. its my home much like the store owner doesnt ask my permission to run his security camera.

whether or not its admissable in court is irrelevant. if am headed to jail on false accusation she will be a video porn star overnight.

This is a pretty good writeup, certainly beats having to tell a plate that "I want you to say you loved it to my phone so I can think of you regularly" to prevent accusations, though I'm certain that the whole duress argument can throw it out of court. I'll have to see about the laws in Canada before getting some cameras

I like nest cam, used to be drop cam, I use them as cheap security cams after my place got robbed, one they have night vision, 2 record video and audio and for $15 a mon per cam do cloud recording. If you want a cheap security cam they are awesome.

As far as recording encounters, one is better off by saving thousands for their criminal defense trial attorney. We have proof that some of these claims of rape come months later, that the first two encounters we OK but the third was assault, that a person consented to one sex act and when the guy did another sex act, which the couple had done before, without asking this time it was rape, etc.. These factors seem odd to most reasonable people, which I'm guessing is why many DAs and prosecutors don't file charges in these cases. While it seems great that spending thousands on video recording equipment, it still means less money for the retainer for a quality criminal trial attorney. Plus, you will basically have to admit to video voyeurism when you mention the video, which might be another crime.

The best defense to a questionable rape allegations for a man who wants to experience sexual variety is to make 100% sure you are partying with like minded party girls, or for the more low-key, reserved girls, avoid them all together or actually date them as a girlfriend in a very short term relationship. I can defiantly tell which girls are OK with casual and which type of girls are more relationship focused. Oh, and unless you are completely wasted, avoid the women who are claiming they want to have sex. Th concept of consent exist less and less the more intoxicated someone is.

I think this link means that, at least in the Third Circuit (will be the same in every other circuit if it's so clearcut) exculpatory evidence can be used, always. It cannot be excluded.

You might get prosecuted for something much less serious like illegal recording, but I'd take that in a heartbeat. Just make recordings secretly, then use them in court.
