Life's like a competition where all you have to do is not fall for the obstacles and keep moving forward.

80% of life is just showing up. Eventually you win not because you've done anything inherently amazing, but because most other guys fucked up along the way.

Every day that passes your value goes up as long as you work on your four pillars.

  • Fitness
  • Professional Success
  • Sexual experience
  • Hobbies/culture

Going into your 30s is a war of attrition. The reason older men are inherently more valuable in the SMP is because there are so few of them left.

Supply and demand puts you in a position of advantage.

Every day your competition is getting weaker and weaker by getting married, cancelling their gym memberships, getting complacent in their careers, giving up their hobbies, and refusing to go out and practice game.

But it is crucial that you work on all four. An abundance of one does not always make up for the lack of another.

There are plenty of successful guys who are absolute slobs. There are ripped college bros who have zero game. And there are plenty of guys who do nothing but work and hit the gym without an interesting life outside of that.

It's up to each man to find the right balance for himself. Enjoy your 20s, but make sure you invest your time wisely so that you can harvest the seeds that you plant today.

The best years are yet to come.
