Personally I have a lot of plants. I think having life in my domain gives it a earthy grounded vibe. It puts me in a really good mood to see nature too.

Also office furniture. If you have a spare room convert it to your office. Get a nice solid wood desk and make it the place you get shit done. Every girl I've had over has loved it. Leave a suit out that is ironed too. They like it when you wear it and make them get naked while you sit in your chair and Lord over them.

A bed, wardrobe for clothes, and equipment for male grooming. Posters of things you like are optional, along with a TV for getting girls over to "watch a movie." Nothing else is needed.

I have a ton of man stuff. Knives, razors, guns, books, guitars. But that's because I like all that as they are my hobbies. I guess this is somewhat redpill because I do invest 80% of my free time in hobbies and shit. The other 20% I try to get laid.

In terms of getting laid, all I have is a bed lol. And I guess my couch works too if they on their periods (get leather, super easy to clean, and 1-2 sex towels for that purpose too). I always keep extra (cheap) toothbrushes, and have an extra towel or two handy for when they spend the night and "forget" to bring their own stuff. This will usually happen the first night she's over. This is probably especially important if you're like me and prefer plate spinning versus ONS. The amount of effort required to get sex is so much smaller, though the initial effort is high.

A fully equipped kitchen ("let's try cooking X and Y together it'll be fun") can keep things interesting, as I am generally very low investment so if we cook something together once in a while the plate won't feel like she's being used. I like to cook, but I generally don't on my own because I don't want to do dishes. So I usually cook with dates, and they do the dishes for me after. It's great. It's what I call a win-win. Some women seem to like feeling useful/helpful, and I keep those around as they tend to be more feminine/nurturing/suubmissive.

If you do cook with your plates, I just recently and by pure accident realized it's a good idea to get the stuff you need from the grocery store with her, as you can sorta delegate who pays for what (and sometimes depending on the chick she'll even offer to pay for all of it like my gal did last night). It's great.

I suppose I also have a really neat home theater I built that I can always use as the standard "let's get back to my place and watch X and Y". Obviously this makes it incredibly easy to progress to physical touching/cuddling, especially if you haven't kissed before. If she refuses, make your intentions clear by telling her you ain't interested in friends, and if she changes her mind she can contact you, then send her home and rub one out.

I don't have anything up my walls, but I do have intend to make my own art and decorate eventually, when I have some more free time. All the drawings I ever made were presents for other people, and they take a long time to finish, so I haven't done any for myself yet. I only have one small painting that was a gift from a 2 year plate (former LTR lol but she's awesome so we reconnected and I converted her to accepting my new ways). I share this with every plate, and they all seem to get super curious about that, especially the bit about the painting.

If you have really cool gifts from other people (especially former lovers), it's a good idea to keep those around. Almost all the time the gal you have over will ask about it, and you can be 100% honest and transparent by saying how u got it.

Get into photography! Set yo shit up with a semi-pro/pro SLR camera with tripod & studio lights in your room. A guitar too, and learn that shit.

It's DUMB easy to get girls to pose provocative/nude by running photographer game.

To Girl you're fuckin with:"You have a pretty photogenic body... stand this way real quick. Cool, cool. Hmmm. We should take some pics at my crib."

make it very nice. Take care of yourself very well. Big leather club/reading chair is a must.

Make it impressive when females visit, but not homey in a girly way that might encourage them to never leave.

At one time the r/seduction sidebar had a brilliant link about how to set up your apartment/house. Don't know if it's still there or is now not PC enough for the current shithole it is now.

Things like keep your place spotless (especially bathroom), nice bedsheets, half a dozen new toothbrushes in stock, case of water in the closet for that post-fuck drink, some extra pajama pants or gym shorts for her to wear, and condoms and whatnot right near the bed for easy access will go a long way.

There's always music in the background throughout the house. Only one large screen TV in front of a huge comfortable couch (if that couch could talk...).
