I've mentioned this before, but is it possible to tweak the automod to allow self-links to the Pill?

It's really annoying to have to RedditLog our own threads just to cite a reference in posts.

I'd be willing to patch the source myself, gratis of course, if the Mod team wants.

If you're going to do that, while you're at it, can you make a rule against the posts in every fucking thread that say something like, "Stop concerning yourself with this and go lift."

Cause no matter how red pill relevant your content, no matter how perfectly you explain it, there's at least one of those concern trolls in every thread. Criticism of the content is fine, of course, and a whole other thing. But the sub would be pretty dead if we all listened to those idiots and didn't discuss anything.

This is a mistake. A lot of us don't comment much on Reddit because the form encourages short, vapid commentary over depth.

Furthermore, new threads lacking a commentary on how the content is TRP relevant will be removed without warning.

People with decent reading comprehension skills should be able to figure this out for themselves without having it spoon fed.

This new posting rule needs to be added to the posting page. The part where the context of a link needs to be explained.

The same goes for all of the other posting rules. Are there more than what's written down in the "Submit a new text post" page?
