Women want what others have. The sheer fact that others praise the object or the object has high status means they want it. No college girl liked the diner hot pot of decaf coffee until Starbucks came along, jacked up the price, and made it into a status symbol.

This applies to men as well. Pre-selection dictates that people implicitly assign higher economic/sexual value to men who are pre-approved by other females; this effect is compounded when the other females are high status (re: beautiful) themselves.

Those who know me here know I advocate plate-spinning over LTRs/marriage. In fact, I don't like LTRs/marriage at all and won't do them, but I know for many here, it's more of a "list" and all types of relationships are on the table.

So in that regard, I want to simply make it clear that if you DO still want to invest commitment/time into an exclusive relationship with a woman, definitely make sure she wasn't a product of mate-poaching (re: she didn't leave a prior commitment in order to make a commitment to you). If she was, then keep her low-priority/investment.

Study:

A new study by social psychologist Joshua Foster, which now appears in the Journal of Research in Personality, sought to find out if these relationships — by their very nature and on account of the personality/behavioral types involved — might exhibit certain tendencies compared to other types of relationships. They also wanted to know if mate poaching could predict future relationship outcomes.

Results:

individuals who were poached by their current romantic partners were less committed, less satisfied, and less invested in their relationships. They also paid more attention to romantic alternatives, perceived their alternatives to be of higher quality, and engaged in higher rates of infidelity compared to non-poached participants.

And those who were willingly poached (for RP, this would be women since we as men are not poached; we are the poachers) displayed the following personality traits:

  • Lower agreeableness (lower empathy, less concern for others' well-being)
  • Low conscientiousness (less motivated, lower impulse control, less organized)
  • Narcissism (selfishness, self-absorption, concern for self over others)
  • Avoidant attachment (minimize intimacy, maintain emotional distance, easily feel trapped)
  • Unrestricted sociosexual orientation (more willing to engage in casual sex or sex outside of a committed relationship)
  • Low extraversion (less socially involved, reserved, lower energy)

Basically, "people are meant for each other" is bullshit. Further, "oh, you just need to find the right fit!", which is more innocuous and friendly, is also bullshit.

Because any woman will change herself in order to meet the needs of whatever man she meets, as long as he is sufficiently high enough status/SMV.

There's no such thing as "the right fit"; any fucking movie star she meets at a club during spring break is going to be the "right fit", as in his penis in her vagina. This is the power of the hamster justifying her innate response to high SMV men.

Analysis:

This study is saying is that any person who is willing to leave their partner should not be trusted in future relationships. By extension, that implies that past behaviors predict future ones (wow, what a novel concept /s).

How often have you heard a former cock carousel rider say "hey, you shouldn't get hung up I had a threesome with my co-worker and his gf. I just don't want to do it with you cause I'm different now! YOU are the one I chose! Be happy cause you won in the end!"?

Firstly, it's disingenuous and disrespectful to your mahnood. Secondly and pragmatically, it shows that women who did this behavior in the past are low value and statistically associated with bad personality traits (see above), which could bite you in the ass in the future.

So what do you do? Avoid all girls who did this? Of course not.

What my post argues is simply "BE AWARE". Keep those plates spinning, boys. Good pussy is good pussy even if she was mate-poached or had threesomes or whatever. Just don't invest in her. Keep her low on your "ladder".
