Not the government. That's why they stick it to the closest male.

[–]Endorsed ContributorRedBigMan14 points15 points16 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Beta Bux White Knight Pussies? Anyone else tells her to go fuck herself.

[–]W-Z-R34 points35 points36 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Christ, when women say stuff like "It's your daughter, you raised her for 4 years, shame on you." That's borderline sociopathic, imagine how he must feel to have invested so heavily in something, for so long, just to find it to have all been a lie.

EDIT: Mumu-money is a great term.

imagine how he must feel to have invested so heavily in something, for so long, just to find it to have all been a lie

Precisely but as always, nobody gives a shit about the man.

[–][deleted] 39 points40 points41 points 12 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link

His best option is to disappear. Scorched earth.

[–][deleted] 13 points14 points15 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Agreed. If I ever found myself being ordered by the state to pay for another man's kids, I would be on the first flight out of the country.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yep. If he doesn't have money, it is doubly likely that the state will put the onus on him to pay since they know he can't fight it. Of course, it depends on the laws in the state.

[–]Offensive_Brute1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

disappear into rural Mexico. Meet a nice church girl, start a real family.

[–][deleted] 8 points9 points10 points 12 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

Be sued for child support
Be gone to mexico
Find nice girl
Start family
Be killed by mexican gangsters

[–]Offensive_Brute13 points14 points15 points 12 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Thats hysterics generated by the American media in a feeble attempt to drum up support forthe War on Drugs. Lead an honest life and mind your fucking business, and you have nothing to worry about from Mexican gangsters, or any gangsters anywhere in the world. Especially not in the country, where the most cartel members will be doing is driving by or dumping corpses.

[–]t21spectre6 points7 points8 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Agreed, that's like saying if you move to Italy you'll be killed by the Italian Mafia or to Japan you'll be killed by the Yakuza. Not gonna happen.

[–]Offensive_Brute1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Most of those people are involved in that lifestyle or involved in confronting people in that lifestyle. I doubt they are just Sewing Joe Averages face onto a soccer ball.

[–]JoshtheAspie1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

And, in fact, mobs / gangs simply form an alternate power structure. They have revenue wings, enforcement wings, and central management. Many gang organizations even have charity / wellfare programs for those in the community.

And of course, any power structure is going to try to co-opt or crowd out other power structures opperating in the same area.

Not paying protection money to the gangs is dealt with in much the same way dictatorships handle not paying your tax money.

Just don't violate the rules laid down by a power structure, and most of the problems caused by a power structure are a low-level burn, rather than outright violent.

The big screw over is when you get caught between two powerful entities that have major rules that contradict. Such as turning / not turning evidence on a gang over to the feds.

[–]OMG_TRIGGER_WARNING3 points4 points5 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I'm Mexican and I partially disagree, there are some areas of the country where gangsters WILL mess up with you regardless of whether you keep to yourself or not. However, there are areas of Mexico where crime is relatively low and you shouldn't have any issues.

[–]Offensive_Brute4 points5 points6 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I get what you are saying, and you have theright of it, but that happens everywhere. There are places like that in every major city in the world, even the faggy European cities. Its not really an unusual or abnorml level of risk. Its the risk most human beings take every day to some degree or another. Nothing to be overly concerned about.

[–]iseeyou13122 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Wouldn't it be support to end the war on drugs, as the war on drugs is the reason for so many drug related killings in Mexico?

[–]Offensive_Brute2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

thts how we see it, but most voters dont see it that way, especially not those in boarder states.

[–]FAwhy34 points35 points36 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

So you belive love for a child can be turned on and off like a switch?

Its fucked up how many women equate love to mean financial support. I'm completely disgusted. Just when i thought the red pill was starting to go down with less bitterness I read this.

[–]Endorsed ContributorRedBigMan10 points11 points12 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Actually it's par for the course that women equate love with financial support.

When you realize that ultimately women are very materialistic creatures you can understand how they can make such a connection. Ultimately they view how valuable a man is to them not on looks alone but the size of his bank account.

[–]Offensive_Brute5 points6 points7 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

the red pill is like an aspirin chewable the size of an alkaseltzer.

[–]Charlesthehamster28 points 12 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Ever notice that women who can have children aren't generally lining up to adopt and take care of other people's children, but instead bear their own. But then as soon as you find out you're not the father they say, "that's not what makes you the dad." Well if genes have so little to do with being a parent why don't they just adopt and take care of other people's kids more, save them the labor pains. Maybe because deep down they know it's bullshit, but they still need a provider.

[–]Pushnikov23 points24 points25 points 12 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Ya, the legal advice that the law takes him to be the parent if it's not challenged early on is absurd (I don't doubt that it's true.) Seriously, legally enforced cuckolding. Brilliant. More ammo for the anti-marriage argument.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours12 points13 points14 points 12 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Anti marriage and vasectomy ammo. Unless you really want kids, its best to get the fuck out of the gene pool and never marry. If you can prove that you cannot possibly be the father, you will then know it isnt your and she is cheating. It wont help you if the state decides you need to pay, they dont care who the actual father is. They dont care if the woman cheats either. All they care about is fucking you over so the woman doesnt have to work to support herself and her mistakes.

[–]Endorsed ContributorRedBigMan1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

LOL That advice certainly cant be a result of this awesome thread now could it? If only ever woman who made a false paternity claim could be so schooled we as men would not have to worry about being randomly accused of being a baby daddy because we're fucking a chick on the cock carousel.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Nope, I have been out of the gene pool for a few years now, and there was always doubt about the paternity of both my kids who are now teenagers. If they claim I am "teh daddy" they can get bent and go live with the actual daddy. It wasnt me.

[–]Endorsed ContributorRedBigMan0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Though you have to admit the guy in that thread was pretty awesome at putting her in her place.

That said your advice is good. Also when you are done having the kids you really want. Get the snip snip and know you are protected from future baby daddy claims.

[–]Pushnikov0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Hilarious.

[–]Max___Power45 points46 points47 points 12 years ago* (18 children) | Copy Link

Lol at all the posters telling him that it is his daughter, despite it actually being fathered by a different man. The feminine imperative in action. Get the genes from the good looking man who would never consider you for a relationship and then trick some loser into raising it as his own.

As if you ever needed another reason to not get married, I can just blow a load in your wife, and if she decides you'd be a better provider for the child than I (and she will), well let's just hope you're not the type of person who likes money, happiness or autonomy.

[–]TRP Vanguardss_camaro[S] 41 points42 points43 points 12 years ago* (16 children) | Copy Link

Blood has very, very, very little to do with family and relationships. That other man may be the father, but he is not the dad.

I hate shit like this. "Wondering about paternity" is not a problem women have. For men it's a BIG FUCKIN' PROBLEM. Sticking one's fingers in one's ears and shouting "nananananana"! is not going to remedy the situation!

[–]Endorsed ContributorrebuildingMyself18 points19 points20 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Let's institute random baby swapping in the hospital.

Blood has very, very, very little to do with family and relationships. That other woman may be the mother, but she is not the mom.

[–]Nutz760 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Sorry ma'am, I know you just had the child and all, but this family over here is better off and can provide a higher standard of living. Better luck next time.

[–]iseeyou131214 points15 points16 points 12 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link

If you're an intelligent man, you will have a paternity test before you put your name on a legal document (birth certificate), even if you are 200% certain that the child is yours.

[–]Nutz760 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

My advice is to put sperm on ice and have a vasectomy and never mention it. Just let it be known you're not having kids until you're ready someday, if at all. It puts the ball in your court and there's no chance of being "accidentally on purposed" into having a kid without your consent.

[–]darksoldierk-3 points-2 points-1 points 12 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

you don't think that will cause a problem in the marriage/relationship between the parents? Showing a woman that you don't trust her is not something she forgives and forgets. A man who is 200% sure the child is his that asks for a paternity test will likely pay for it for the rest of his life in each and every argument that he and his wife get in, and it'll might lead to a divorce where he (the male) will have to pay child and spousal.

[–]iseeyou13128 points9 points10 points 12 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

Well my first and foremost recommendation would be don't get married/have kids, ESPECIALLY if one inhabits the West.

With that being said, I am aware of only two nations that have laws regarding paternity tests. France has them outlawed, and Germany requires the explicit consent of the mother. Assuming you don't live in either two places, you can get the test done easily and secretively. She doesn't have to know, although I would personally explain to her that if we do have a child together, I will be having a paternity test once we agree to have a child. Any woman who is reasonable would understand why a man would like to have one once the legalities are explained, and if she strongly objects or staunchly refuses, that should be seen as a giant red flag.

[–]AnasRexGottfried6 points7 points8 points 12 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Any woman who is reasonable

I've got some bad news for you...

[–]JoshtheAspie1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It sounds like a good screening question.

Of course, according to old Common Law that has yet to be reversed, even if you are married, if she bears a child, it's considered legitimate, even if you can prove otherwise.

[–]Arkeaus-1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

That's not very nice :l sexist, too.

[–]iseeyou13121 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Did it hurt your little, delicate feelings princess?

[–]Arkeaus-1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

First off, I'm male.

No, but both men and women can be unreasonable.

"Little, delicate feelings"? Fuck you.

[–]iseeyou1312-1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

"Little, delicate feelings"? Fuck you.

I'll take that as a yes.

[–]yankeetiger2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Demanding a paternity test isn't necessarily a sign of distrust.

Given the ease with which a woman can dupe a man into raising someone else's kid, I'm surprised paternity tests aren't the norm.

[–]Endorsed ContributorrebuildingMyself1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Never underestimate the hamster.

[–]darksoldierk0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

While I agree that paternity tests should be a norm in the modern world, I can't imagine a clearer sign of distrust than one where a person asks for biological proof that the person who promised, either explicitly (through marriage) or implicitly (through the involvement in a relationship), is not lying when they say that they hadn't been unfaithful.

[–]delta_hedge3 points4 points5 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

yep. i think no matter what, the first i will do should my girl get a baby would be to take a DNA test if i really am the father.

the probability may not justify this, but the impact on my life if i am wrong certainly does.

[–]tylah_duhden0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

There ought to be a Nonconsensual Cuckoldry law, and the penalties should be the same as they are for rapists.

[–]Kronouranos21 points22 points23 points 12 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

God, when women fake domestic abuse shit like that, I get pretty pissed off. The guy handled it well in that situation and still got severely fucked.

Damn.

[+]Offensive_Brute-16 points-15 points-14 points 12 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

If he handled it well then he wouldnt have gotten arrested. Rule one in domestic disputes is cut her off from the outside world, confiscate and destroy the phonesm and then put the fear of God into her. If he did it right she would have been too scared to ever say anything to anyone and would be happy to just never see him again.

[–][deleted] 11 points12 points13 points 12 years ago* (6 children) | Copy Link

Yeah, no. I would suspect that once a woman believes she can falsely accuse you of something, you have lost all power over her.

Your best best once the threat of false accusations start is probably a tape recorder and GTFO.

Edit: And I would believe that even if, or especially if, you started out with more power in the relationship, she may use it to get back at you in the end.

[–]Endorsed ContributorRedBigMan0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Seconded.

He should have used his smart phone to take a recording of her before she started ripping her clothes or as soon as she did so as proof he didnt do anything and keep it running until the cops come. Though it is very easy to understand why he didnt, he was having an explosion of anger.

[–]Max___Power4 points5 points6 points 12 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Qik Video is good for this. Starts uploading your video to their servers as you stop recording, so even when the popo destroy your phone you still have a copy.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Lol, we should add this shit to sex ed classes. Right after the section on rape.

[–]Endorsed ContributorRedBigMan0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Yeah. I like to think popo wouldnt destroy a phone as that would be destroying evidence. If they actually did that you could probably peg the popo for crime in that case as well. Isnt modern technology wonderful?

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 12 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

Good .luck with that bro. I have been illegally arrested so many times since I was a teenager, you are lucky if the police even get your name right when they arrest you.

Basically, they operate with impunity most of the time because no one has the resources to fight back. At least I didn't as a teenager.

Edit: and for anyone reading this, do not EVER talk to the police. Don't say a solitary word. Don't try to explain it. Don't do a damn thing.

[–]Max___Power2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Not sure what country you're from, but in the U.S. they can and do destroy phones with no repercussions all the time.

[–]toysjoe40 points41 points42 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

That was one of those posts that after you read them, you have to close your browser, and just sit there for a minute whispering "Fuck...."

[–]Offensive_Brute1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]1browndelicious11 points12 points13 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Take home lesson: always take video when your woman stays going psycho.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]TRP Vanguardss_camaro[S] 21 points22 points23 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

OP in case deleted:

A bit of history: We were together for 7 years. She got pregnant 2 years into the relationship with a child I presumed to be mine. 6 months ago we got into a heated argument and she admitted that the kid wasn't mine and that she had cheated on me and gotten knocked up by someone who we both know. I had been raising someones daughter for 4 years.

I left that night and came to pick up my stuff the following day. She immediately got into my face and started screaming at me and insulting me. I tried to walk past her but she wouldn't let me. She grabbed a drink from the counter and threw it at me. I slapped her hard across the face. She called the cops and started ripping her clothes to make it seem like I did it. I didnt notice because I walked outside to wait for the police. When they showed up she started crying heavily and gave them an exaggerated story of what happened. Due to the red mark on her face, the ripped clothing and her creativity, they decided to arrest me.

I spent the next 4 months going to court trying to fight it. Ultimately my not-so-cheap lawyer kept me from spending time behind bars.

I acquired a criminal record and got booted from my job.

Now I've been served with new papers to appear in court. She is trying to get child support from me even though I'm not the biological father. She claims that I knew this all along and that I agreed to raise the kid as my own. I'm heavily in debt from my previous court case and I have no money to afford a lawyer. Im also currently unemployed. I love that kid but I dont feel its right that I should support her. Do you guys think I should do it or not?

tldr; Ex cheated and got knocked up by another man, ended up telling me 5 years later and is now trying to get child support from me, have no money left to try and fight it, thinking of whether I should just agree and pay as I do feel bad for the kid

[–][deleted] 12 points13 points14 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

At what point does the man serve a lesser sentence for just murdering the wife? She's already destroyed his career, his home and his mental state.

[–]Offensive_Brute5 points6 points7 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If he had laid down the proper fear framework from the beginning all of this would have never happened. No cheating, no heated arguments nothing. A lot of people forget that a wife is and has always been part hostage. Unlimited kindness and fairness get you what this mans got.

Kind enough to thinly veil underlying menace. But never abuse. The bitch you gotta hit is not worth being involved with.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Lookup the legal term "in loco parentis"

[–]frazzleddd1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

What a cunt. Fucked him over legally and falsely and is now going back for more. Just goes to show always bring back up. I would've brought a bro with me to help get my shit the next day just to provide a second testimony

[–]puaSenator1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Sadly, he will end up paying. The state hates having to deal with the burden of a single mother, and will often do whatever it takes to provide her with relief. The amount of precedent is overwhelming. In OP's situation, even if they believe him and recognize that he wasn't aware the kid wasn't his, they wont care. They'll say he is the de-facto father, as he had assumed the role as a father, and in the child's eyes, is the father, so he is legally, under the law, the child's father.

Not only that, but this reasoning of "assumed father" stretches even beyond that. Again, the state hates dealing with single mothers and will do whatever they can to sort of force fathership on people. There are cases where the guy didn't even come into the picture until the kid was already born and learning to speak. Then, many years later, leaves, and is still forced to pay child support to a kid EVERYONE knew from the start wasn't possible to be his. Again, the states reasoning is that since he filled the father role, he is expected to hold that title for life.

It's fucking crazy. Stay away from single mothers like the plague. I see them on OkCupid all the time. It's kind of funny, because soon as I see an attractive and down to earth chick on that site, my flags go off. Nine times out of ten, it's either a fake profile or a single mom that's mysteriously unable to find a man after having a kid.

You need to consult with an attorney, and quickly.

Best piece of advice he was given.

On that note, I don't understand people who come to the internet to ask a question about something this serious when your first step is obvious, get an attorney, ASAP. They are either just cheap, or stupid. You'll never lose money hiring a good attorney.

I'd imagine it's because attorney's cost time and money. He probably already has an appointment with the attorney set up as soon as possible, but this is the kind of thing that takes you over, you don't think about anything else, You want to know what is most likely to happen and what your best options are. The attorney will try to draw it out as long as possible because he/she knows that if he/she tells the guy "ok look 10 times out of 10 in these kinds of situations the man pays for spousel and child support until the child is 18" the man is most likely to leave the country and the attorney will lose their client. So he goes online to hopefully get an answer from people who have been in this situation but are further down the road. It's what I'd do.

I'm fucking amazed at how little you TRP guys know about what rights you don't have. You better wake the fuck up, all of you.

Any constructive suggestions on how to do that, or are you just here to offer abuse?

Fair enough. /r/MensRights would be a good start.

edit: on reflection, you're right. that wasn't constructive, and i apologize.

Well, I forgive you. Glad we can have a conversation.

From the MRA and traditionalist sides of the manosphere I also like http://the-spearhead.com , http://cotwa.org , http://www.antifeministtech.info/, http://captaincapitalism.blogspot.com/, http://elusivewapiti.blogspot.com , http://dalrock.wordpress.com/ , http://unmaskingfeminism.wordpress.com , and http://sunshinemaryandthedragon.wordpress.com/

But then I'm not an MRA, or "Red Pill", and definitely not a PUA. I'm just a MGTOW who cares to stay informed from a variety of perspectives. As far as I can see, each sub-group has their own focus, and their own areas of strength and weakness.
