This feeling is gonna fucking suck for a little while. Understand it's human nature to feel this way. It doesn't make you weak, just makes you human. But keep in mind, you're still very fucking young. You have a lot of life ahead of you.

I only got exposed to the red pill after my child's mother and I split at 23. The three of us lived together, shared a car, the whole family thing. She's now getting married and had a second child by her new guy. I've gotten over her a long time ago, but the scars remain.

Just be happy that you've been exposed to this stuff so early in life. You will a very sharp edge over your peers once you've fully digested the pill. My only advice is to pass through the rage as soon as possible and move onto greater things. Don't grow to hate women, but accept them for who they are and not take them too seriously, like a child having a hissy fit.

There is no point of thinking about her, try to distract yourself as much as possible, try to hit on other girls. Because every time a woman ends relationship like this its almost certain that there is already another guy. She just made sure that other is guy into her, so she can leave the relationship safely. You spent your time thinking about her, but she not even thinking about you and you will probably see her soon with someone else.

Even if she leave the relationship without back up guys it will take her a day to find someone else to fuck... because girls don't like to be alone.

Also since she is ignoring you so blatantly lolol... next time you see her don't even look at her, act like she don't exist, like nothing happened. And if she tries to approach tell her you are in hurry and ignore her, like you never had something with her.

breakups are always tough. also, men never fully get over it, at least thats my theory.

the saying goes "it hurts more for women, but it hurts longer for men".

you will have forgotten her after the next two girlfriends and breakups. but when you see her again, or she writes you out of nowhere, it will strike you. intense relationship feelings never really leave, at least not me.

I’m 21 been on TRP for 7 months. Have some similar experiences, I feel your pain, we all do. This seems like the worst thing that’s ever happened to you but I can assure you it’s one of the best.. keep moving forward do not look back. Read the sidebar, lurk the posts, get good at hobbies, work on your career, find YOUR mission and your goals, go to the gym, go to the gym, go to the gym. Oh and remember this. My man I was there. My first ever gf broke up with me while I was adjusting to my 1st year in college. I’m a student athlete, also in honors courses so I was working my ass off and trying to make time for her. She got into a new relationship pretty much a day later and they’ve been together for 2yrs (fuck me right?)

Don’t overreact. I did, I acted out of anger and hurt because it didn’t seem like she was hurting like I was. Now with my 2nd one happening in somewhat of a similar fashion I want to tell you keep living. Take it one day at a time. Workout, do well in school and do the things you enjoy. Times will come where you’ll have a few hours she isn’t immediately on your mind take that as a success because it is. Don’t rush into a new relationship, once you’re comfortable with being alone. Then you’ll be ready for a new relationship.

Be careful at this age with girls. I’m 21, 22 soon and I’ve realized girls around this age don’t know what they want. It’ll be awhile until I truly try seriously again like I did with my ex. I saw a post saying you don’t necessarily get over it, you just learn to live with it and that’s right. My ex from 2-3yrs ago that shit hurts ever so often still. Keep living man you’re really young you have plenty of time

Something similar happened to me. I invested a lot of time and energy to make the relationship last. After she left, I realised that it's better to invest all that time in myself. Found new hobbies and I should say I feel more complete than I was before. Put yourself first, and you will never be disappointed.

It's a hard truth but it's best learned early on that women abandon. They are willing to abandon a family in need just a much as some guy they're dating. They will abandon a child and a hardworking father for tingles or tears. As hard as it may be, she's a user and even if you were to take her back, soon enough whatever you have that made her want you back, probably wont be enough sooner or later. Or she'll get bored and look for another guy to cheat on you with or leave you with...this is all on account that she's already left you before, for reasons like that, not that you were an asshole or abusive, so would it really be hard to believe this specific girl wouldn't leave again?
