Gaming is a science e.g. a man who has a 9 SMV who approaches 100 women will be able to get more than 50 numbers while a man with a 6 SMV will be able to get less than 50 numbers.

When you approach a girl are they receptive to you? If no then work on your physique, wardrobe and body language.

Do women lose interest in you after talking for 10 minutes? You need to work on voice tone, neediness, humor and frame control.

Can you get her number but she ignores your text? You need to work on how you left the interaction and on what/when you are texting them

Can you get a first date but not a second? Work on conversation, kino, get some good stories, learn DHV

We are all dealt with different hands, some are born naturally attractive to women, some have to put some effort in, some a ton in. It sounds like you are the type that needs to put a ton of effort in.

First of all, if you are not maximizing your masculine presence and masculinity, then you must stop reading or analyzing anything until you do. Here are a short list of things you can do to maximize this presence (the not negotiable ones are the ones you MUST do- and while some guys can get away with not doing them, you have 26 years of experience that you are not one of those guys):

1) Lift weights (not negotiable)

2) Lower body fat to under 15% (not negotiable). Lower body fat under 10% (ideal)

3) Get 8 hours of sleep a night

4) Eat a clean diet (90% of what you eat should be: meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts, water, tea, etc). (Not Negotiable)

4a) Limit Surgar 4b) Limit carbs 4c) Introduce 2+ superfoods into your diet (not negotiable) Examples are: Spinach, Avocado, Green Tea, Broccoli, Kale, etc etc

5) Take cold showers

6) Do Cardio / Yoga / other non-lifting exercises

Once you have this regimen as part of your daily routine, then you should dabble in various mental aspects that will help you improve:

1) Approach women (not negotiable)

2) Become more social / create an active social life (not negotiable)

3) Meditate

4) Take risks - socially, professionally, etc. Face your fears, daily if possible.

5) Cultivate an abundance mentality, and one of gratitude for the things you have and the opportunities you have in life.

I am sure there are many more things that are not on that list, but these are some main one to start with.

I realize that you may be doing some of the things above. But if you are not, you must start on the above actions now to cultivate yourself as a man that is deserving of women.

I honestly feel like you're just trolling at this point. There's lots of advice applicable to your situation, not only in this thread, but in the sidebar and TRP archives.

You created a new account just to make this post and are basically ignoring everything people tell you to do, essentially repeating "woe is me".

If you've been reading TRP for years as you say you have, then I honestly don't know what your problem is. You know what needs to be done.

This post reeks of you trying to bait people into saying "just kill yourself", so that you can go post this on some other bullshit subreddit and say, "SEE??!! THE RED PILL TELLS PEOPLE WITH GENUINE PROBLEMS TO GO KILL THEMSELVES!!!"

If you approach every failure as a measure of what you are than you are going to get depressed.

I usually end up defaulting to being myself just to relieve the immense stress of all that mental overload which makes me fail as it always has.

Your "true" normal self or fall back into what you been condition too do. This line of thinking means you aren't the prize, you don't have abundance mentality.

You look like the deviant type so the approach I would imagine would be different.

Establish a processing timeout in your head. Once you reach it, and you think you came up with a reasonable solution then go with it. Otherwise, go with the new default.

The default is the second part. Work on a default strategy that is more generalized in dealing with women. Less pinpoint accuracy towards the individual but is still workable especially when there are a lot of unknown variables.

There is an unlimited amount of possibilities out there, the business man and the airport problem. Learn to eliminate full branches of possibilities as soon as you can; You say you know the TRP concepts, then you'd have a firm grasp on women's nature. Women are not that complicated, only difficult and annoying at times. But end of the day, predictable.

If you really need a lot of time to think, change the environment with the person, set the interaction up to fit your style. Do not let the situation control you, try to control the environment and twist it to your favor.

I have read through your comments and original post. You seem full of excuses as to why you cannot get women yet you are dismissing everything that TRP tells you to do. You said you don't even get past the first contact. At the most basic level you are not physically attractive to them. A commenter told you to hit the gym and you declined because you didn't see what you would get from it. It's not only what you get from it, they get a buff guy. You also said you are not interesting. If you don't think you are interesting, then how do you expect them to find you interesting. Get an interesting hobby. You said you can't even afford a hooker to get your virginity taken. How do you expect to show that you can provide a good time to women. Get a better job. This stuff really isn't that hard. Women want a man that is fit, interesting and has money. Who are you as a person? What are you passionate about? What do you want out of life, man?

You might need to relax and have fun to mix things up. My advice to you is don’t tell girls that you’re a virgin. I’ve met very few women who are interested in sleeping with a virgin. This is why we all talk about internalizing things. It really is the difference between PUA and TRP. When you're driving your car do you think about how to clutch, shift gears, accelerate, break, and turn in serious detail and while timing each different action. No because you've driven so much you don't have to think about these things. The goal of TRP is not to game women, it's to become the personification of game. You don't need to think how to respond because you'll respond how you should.

The obvious point everyone here is missing is that OP is clinically depressed. Without treating his depression - and severe depression can't simply be cured by working out or putting on a happy face or hiring a hooker - OP's not going to make it far out of his bedroom. I've got people close to me with the same level of depression. They need meds to function, they always have, and there's nothing inherently wrong with that. Say what you will about psychiatry, but it may be the only thing that can save OP's life.
