This is just a reminder that the life of a single mother is not hard like they make it out to be. Single mothers have a plethora of relatives (the kids' grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.) as well a bunch of friends, acquaintances, babysitters, and government services and officials willing to jump in and watch the kid at a moment's notice.
That's why she's able to go find a man immediately after pumping out a kid. All she has to do is drop off her kid with the kids' grandma, then she can freely go off and get her nails done, hair done, buy those expensive clothes out of her budget, and start looking for a man the day she gets discharged from the hospital.
Single mothers ALWAYS exaggerate how hard their life is. Why? Because it gets them more sympathy. And women want sympathy. It looks better for them to say, "My life is hard." rather than tell the truth about how they've got a large number of people supporting her and allowing her to be irresponsible.
