/u/ford_contour and /u/Sepean were way too generous. This isn't about whether you're hot enough or whether the sex is good enough. You haven't worked out the most basic aspects of frame. Read or re-read NMMNG, MMSLP, and WISNIFG. Think about how they apply to your life. Learn to do things because you want to instead of how she might react. After a month or two, come back and solicit feedback on the things that have worked or not worked.

This may be a while. I've been loosing weight on my own before I found MRP (1 year). I did it through cross fit but then started SL5x5 about 2 months ago.

So this may take a bit. So would the wisdom be to just NOT until spark is back?

Game is opposite of romance.

Romance - dinners, buying things, etc. does nothing. It's a display of low value. High SMV guys don't need to romance.

If your SMV is low, romance will drop it further.
