TLDR wife being grumpy, stood up for myself, didn't help her so she now feels grumpy and I feel guilty. Am I doing it right or being a dick

Some background, Thursday morning wife and I spent almost an hour in bed fucking and she is very loving afterwards. I have to drive off for a meeting then planned to do some indoor climbing nearby and she asks if she can join me for lunch as it is on the way to her parents, where she will be spending the weekend. I say yes. We have fun. She leaves, I climb and go back home as I have a friend coming over later and we are going up to North Wales to do some mountain routes there.

I go to the gym on Sunday and am in the shower when wife gets home. She starts shouting up at me so I ignore her and carry on with what I'm doing. When I'm dressed I go to the living room and say hello to the dogs and sit on the dogs and start reading as she has disappeared. She comes in and there's no hello or I missed you but a "there you are". I say yes and carry on reading. She says she's exhausted and needs a minute and flops on the sofa. I keep reading.

She tries to show me photos or talk to me about stuff I'm not particularly interested in as I'm reading so I finish my paragraph or whatever and then as her what she said. She does this a few times and then asl if she's hungry because I'm going to start preparing supper. She isn't but I do anyway. When it's almost done I tell her to take the dogs out and out some laundry on.

When I bring the food out she whinges that she's not hungry so I help myself, put on a documentary about Oman and eat my supper. She eventually has some. I clear the plates and go to empty the washing machine.

She has put on a programme that we normally watch together so I ask "trying to watch it without me, eh?". She says nothing interesting has happened but why don't I watch it with her. The watch a TV show and maybe have sex game is a sure fire loser so I say I'm going to head to bed. I bend down, give her a ten second kiss and say "I was looking forward to ravishing you on your return. I guess it'll have to wait.". She takes my hand and smiles weakly at me, I squeeze her hand and go up to bed. It has been a long weekend and I'm genuinely exhausted so if she follows, great, if not I'm asleep within minutes

I wake up at 2 and she's not there and again when my alarm goes off. I've had an amazing nights sleep so I go and wake her off the sofa by announcing "hood morning, darling" in the living room and turning on the lights. She whinges and she say she feels so ill and sick. I take the dogs downstairs to give them breakfast and let them out. I remind my wife that she hasn't parked her car. She hints that I could do it. I go and put the kettle on and start making myself breakfast.

I go back in to the living room and she asks what I had for breakfast and when I've told her asks I I made her any. I say no, you were feeling sick. She has previously felt sick before breakfast and then miraculously better after I've prepared it for her, cleared it away and done all the washing up.

I go and get some walking guides for the area as its a beautiful day and I want to take the dogs for a nice walk. She now says she must be feeling ill because her period is stating and really lays into me about the car. Why won't you do it? I'd do it for you! I do nice things for you all the time! This therapy is making you cross boundaries. Yes, I could have, yes you do nice things for me, maybe I am crossing boundaries. I tell her I'm going to take the dogs in ten minutes for a walk. She is fuming.

Brush my teeth and she goes to move the car, she says she can park it in my space when I leave. I take the dogs to my car and she pulls up alongside me and says how sweet one of the dogs looks. I ask if she's sure that she doesn't want to come. She gets aggressive and again and says she feels "fucking shit". I roll up the window, turn the car away and drive off, no goodbye, no wave, no pouty kiss.

So, my question is whether I'm holding frame correctly or not. Or am I just being a dick? I felt a certain amount of relief that I was standing up for myself but also almost overpowering guilt that I wasn't helping or that perhaps I was crossing a boundary of reasonable behaviour. I may have been a little terse once or twice but I didn't raise my voice. I believe what the trp says must be true but ever fibre of my being was straining against what I was doing and it seems hard to accept that that is what she wants, let alone will get her wet.

I also noticed a cereal bowl and an empty chocolate bar when I got home so she clearly wasn't feeling that sick.
