since the beginning of the year, I have focused on MRP, and I think I took the 12 stages too fast, or out of order initially because of different strengths (already lifted regularly, already able to get other women, already have a big social life).

I made a decision a month ago to reset and really take it slow, and re read sidebar material (rereading 12 stages, and audiobooking The Rational Male.

Since my last post I have been able to stay pretty busy. My feelings have not been brought up.

She has come at me with negativity, has tried to berate over things i didst view as my fault, and I have just STFU'd harder than I have have, opening my mouth only to change the subject and to bring something positive to the table.

Her friend have been over a few nights since the last post and one tried to command me to hurry up with my shower so i could watch them talk about their book club. I STFU, took a shower and came down in nothing but my towel (with briefs under) in an attempt to flirtatiously AA the command, and all the girls faces lit up, even more so when I dropped the towel to fuck with them.

I went back up stairs and I could hear them all talking about how hot that was. I got dressed and went downstairs to game them for fun (which was skipping some dread steps here).

Anyway, this morning my wife was awake, ruminating about something that went wrong at our wedding out of both of our control (a little to dwell on that), and I ignored it.

After stomping around the house mad, she asked me if I was happy in the relationship (We are not having sex right now and havent in over month, and I had previously stated I didnt consider a nonsexual partnership viable so thats in the back of her mind - Honestly, I am not ready to initiate under I work on me and being able to handle rejection properly and all that).

Her: I am confused and I dont know where we are at. Me: What do you mean? Her: Well you know we havent had sex... Me: (Smiling) Are you saying I am not putting out enough haha? kiss on the forehead, leave

I went against my STFU and I didnt even have an opportunity to pressure flip. I was able to avoid negotiating desire and butthurt behavior... I think. I wasn't so hopefully I projected that.

If I am this guarded against looking butthurt, I am hesitant to start initiating and feel I should focus on bettering myself mentally and physically (lifting 4-5 times week, and am going to a personal counselor).
