Been trying to follow the guidelines here, improving my life, etc, and wasn't getting anywhere. Got a testosterone test and it was low. I started on testosterone shots three months ago, and now my wife can't get enough sex. She used to reject me all the time. I felt like I was in the typical sexless marriage. Prior to the shots she rarely orgasmed, now it happens all the time.

I had my 90 day follow up appointment today, and my endocrinologist asked me if I had noticed any changes. None, other than my wife jumps my bones all the time! He suggested that the andygel must be transferring to my wife, and how testosterone works on women too, and I reminded him that I was on shots. He asked if I started out on andygel, because it can linger on bedding and sheets and clothes and sometimes women have been known to find the tube use a little on themselves. (really?!) I told him that I started on shots right here in his office. (did he even read my chart before the appointment?!). He said shots can't transfer, and just shrugged his shoulders and said "huh. odd." and then asked if I was enjoying TRT and if I wanted to continue treatments?

(WTF?! YEAH! TAKE ALL MY MONEY!!)

I'm not complaining, I'm not looking to change anything. If anything I'm concerned it will end as fast as it started. I love my kids but if faced with it again I'm not sure I could go back to the sexless marriage.

Anyone got any actual life experience with this? Is this normal, or is this just a phase that will end soon?

EDIT: Is it normal for women to respond this way to men on TRT? Is her newfound sex drive a new normal? Or just a phase?
