The fix:

Sidebar. Read it. Own your shit. Stop being a fuckin loser! Get a fuckin job. Flip fuckin burgers for minimum wage for fucks sake but get SOME kind of income. Start lifting. Get a membership after you get a job. Stronglifts is a fantastic starter program for you. Internalize the concepts taught here and PRACTICE talking to women. Just fucking talk to them. It's never too late to get your shit together. Start now.

Truthfully, it's going to be 2-3 years before you can get laid. You've got so much work to do. There's a lot of mental issues you need to correct.

Get a job, any minimum wage job
Track your calories, eat +250 above your TDEE
Join a gym, just do treadmill for the first month
After a month, do Stronglifts 5x5 3 times per week
Report back here every month with your progress.
After six months, come back here for stage 2

I like all the encouragment and I think you can theoretically make it but only with focus being on improving yourself, perhaps eventually banging low quality women/prostitutes just to get some confidence up and don't have the thought of being a virgin in the back of your mind, although you can frame it as not important or right how it should be atm if you get a good plan/mindset.

Your focus should be on yourself and feeling better, at the moment it's more important than getting pussy. After improving mindset, getting disciplined and having goals you're passionate about, only then can you give some of your focus on women. Or rather ignore everything and go the full pick up route to later find out woman were not your real problem.

In that age, if you find a drive, it could be a huge turnaround. The reason you want the hot 21-30 has probably the same roots as your addiction to porn or rather has something to do with it.
