I have a FWB I kind of like. She’s well educated (one semester to go before she has her masters’) and intelligent, 7 or am 8, and a lunatic when we’re fucking. Social/Parties a little bit so she can be fun to hang with. The whole time we’ve been hooking up, I have kept my cool and stayed away from weak, needy behavior — even though I know I have a crush on her.

Anyway, we live in two different cities about two hours away so I see her every couple of weeks. A few days ago she was here and I could tell she definitely is into me — shit test after shit test — but thanks to this sub I passed them. Agree and amplify is your best friend people.

Now the thing about me is regardless of whether I like her, I spend time going out to increase my customer/fan base (I work in production. Not super super known, but I have enough credits that it impacts my SMV in a cool way). I also have fun meeting and hanging out with people and just keeping my options open.

Anyway, she asked me what I did the other night, so I answered honestly: “I was out with a group and we ran into another group of mostly exchange students. One of the girls was from Pakistan and the other was from Sweden. They had coke and end up asking to party, so I pretty much hung out with them for awhile.” Now note, she has done her share of partying and doesn’t (appear to) give a shit about what people do, which I find to be a positivity.

So far she’s reacted to this message with one of the emoji reacts but hasn’t actually written anything — and knowing her, being silent is extremely rare which means I probably hit a nerve.

Did I “do” dread correctly?
