Ultimately, frame is you.

Frame is what you are, and the “solidness” of your frame depend on if you change for others or do you stay the same.

You know those guys that bend and mold to whatever people they are currently around, that’s a weak frame.

But frame is also being centered and self-validating. By “centered” I mean that a girls bullshit and mind games does not affect your mental state. A guy with a solid frame doesn’t give a fuck if a girl is trying to play the jealous game on him to get him to chase and become her bitch.

By “self-validating” I mean that you don’t need the approval of others to feel okay about yourself. Betas NEED for others to like them, compliment them, and for girls to like them to feel any self worth. The alpha gets his validation from achieving his goals, lifting, and doing the shit he lives doing

on the flip side to that is just being a stubborn fucking idiot.

flat earthers have a very strong frame but no one's running around looking up to them.

It's best to hold onto your core principles while being flexible in your beliefs

Frame is your mental point of origin. I am an emotional fellow who loves feeling things deeply, but I have dominion over my emotions.

Stoicism is a buffer imo.
