I know it's hard if you're invested in the relationship, so my advice is to draw down contact and get some really raunchy fucks out of the relationship in the meantime. After a while you can downgrade her to a plate, or fully cut her loose perhaps say if a better woman comes along. Main thing is to start tempering your resolve and build a plan to cut her loose. You've now seen her mettle and we judge her as lacking. If you do not, then there's no saving you.

Your post shows that you care, and that's understandable if you invested in the relationship, it hurts, but give it a week or two and a few girls and you'll be over it.

What you need to do in the meantime is to do some meditation and retrospection to find out what caused her to lose interest and respect for you. Did you make her feel too comfortable? Were you too available? Did you fall back into betahood? Did you show thirst, lack of options and not enough dread? And so on, only you know what you did wrong.

I'm not saying this so you can salvage this relationship, this one's done and over, I'm saying this so you don't make the same mistakes in your next relationships.

Edit: Don't be beta and confront her, end it without justification. You'll get nothing out of it, and bitches loooove disclosure, don't give her that satisfaction.

When I ghosted my ex and blocked her on facebook, her literal text on snapchat was "I deserve an explanation", nothing gave me more satisfaction than sending "You deserve nothing" before blocking her on snapchat too.
