So I searched a bit on this forum and I couldn't find something on how to respond to something like this.

So a bit background, matched with her on Tuesday on Tinder, it's someone I know from a few years back. After initial contact and working together for a year, I quit my job and started school and never talked that much to her after that. To be honest, after she got into a LTR I stopped all communication. Only times I talked with her was during vacations when I got to work at my old work space for extra cash.

So she was super enthusiastic about talking to me again and was begging to meet up with me on Friday and buy me some beers. Without any trouble she sent me her number, I texted her the place and time. Again she answered enthusiastically about looking forward to seeing me again.

Today she texted me that she just got home from work with a massive headache and that she might not make it. She is gonna "try" to sleep it off.

So how does one handle this, is a simple "OK" a good enough answer to something like this? Saving this date isn't that important, I just want to learn to handle it the correct way. Besides, I am working on my abundance mentality (meeting up with another girl tomorrow).
