You have all the value you'll ever need. Now you need good enough social skills and access to the kinds of women you're interested in.

So build a social circle around your hobbies and interests that dovetail with the kind of women you'd like to meet.

Like arty women? Start going to art galleries. Like outdoorsy women? Get involved in cross country hiking challenges (Tough-mudders). etc. etc.

You don't have to use your money to buy things, but it can help you get access or create an ecosystem where lots of women are present.

Your current value + good enough social skills + access = all you need.

You have the resources to get very good professional help with this. Make sure it's not the "just talk about your problems" type of bluepill nonsense.

Build your confidence primarily. Sounds like it's not that high. Learn to be positive, flirty, funny, forward and dominant with women.

You know as well as I do that is a Neverending upkeep.

If you want to raise your smv the most definitive ways are:

body. Be swole.
social proof. Get/improve to a more attractive social network. Hot guys, hot girls. All of whom should idolize you. Schedule the time to go out 3x a week. Make friends, trade favors. It's important and I'm sure you know the game.

You're in my bracket(ish) so make a friend or pay out. My social proof comes from my parties and my vip list, (state wide recognized vips, not anything larger, but it works, and I'm working on it) host. bring them to your playground, your castle Unlike most of the guys here, you can afford to do a good shindig twice a month. Build desire, approach within your power dynamic. Win.

This will help everything, depression, (more positive feedback, small successes build) and less anxiety (exposure therapy is still the go to). Do plastic only if this doesn't work after a good 6 months consistently.
