Many are willing to suck it up and put on a false front because they need the job and have nothing else lined up. Kowtowing to a known troublemaker can be part of that. It is why every redpiller working the rat race needs fuckyou money, a side hustle and the ability to walk away.

I've had to deal with 2 women like this in my current workplace. The first was the resident matron (I made a post on here regarding that about a year ago) who's been with the company the longest in the same position, but was (and still is) utterly useless at her job. The 2nd is my former 'team leader' who requested a demotion because she couldn't handle the responsibility. Both took issue with me when I wouldn't take their shit and I semi-regularly found myself in meetings with a higher up manager and HR questioning my attitude and competence at my job. While I've mostly gotten out of it unscathed (as I'm good at my job), eventually something stuck and I found myself with a 'formal warning'.

The problem isn't the men, as they're mostly just trying to keep their heads above water. The problem is the complaining women and the systems designed to serve them.

Mind your own business.
Attract your managers attention for positive reasons only.

And stop expressing yourself like a six year old bully (spineless, shit on, piece of shit, complainer, useless, fucking insane, behind his back, pissed, fucking unbelievable, moron, be all nice, how do you fucking deal, no fucking idea, calling adults kids, nerds). This kind of talk says more about you than the people your describing. And it's not the words your using, it's that your using those words to talk shit about everyone around you when a calm explanation would suffice.

I worked with a dude that showed like 3 women we worked with a picture of his dick. Yes I know because they told everyone. I honestly believe they deserve the negative consequences that result from their actions. I used to be a dumbass BPer and I only ever escaped that frame of mind because of the shit I went through.

Honestly, just look out for yourself at a job, do what you need to progress your career and nothing more. Don't get involved in the office drama, don't try to be friends with your colleagues outside of work (aside from enough to maintain a good social standing and to help you move forward).

Do your work, get your bread, and get out.

There's one rule to keep in mind when you're at work. KEEP THINGS PROFESSIONAL.

Keep far away from drama, do not game your female coworkers, don't even try and be buddies with the guys BUT, you still want to build professional relationships for networking.

Last year, I was unemployed due to covid, but I was able to contact some connections with previous companies which had offers made for me. I was able to use these offers with a company who was interested in me and I was offered a salary position with nearly twice the increase in income than my last position.
