I’m in the military and I got to my permanent work center 7-8 months ago.

We have multiple shifts that are split up among supervisors and workers. We have about 12 supervisors total and about 20 workers.

I fucked up by being too enthusiastic about learning about my job in the beginning. And now it’s coming to bite me in the ass. I have social proof with about 5 of the supervisors, and they try to split the work load up equally among the workers on that shift, or they give the brain dead jobs to the newer guys.

However the other 7 or so supervisors are repeatedly fucking me over and are playing favorites whenever I’m on their shift. They send me to one job, the rest of the workers are just chilling on their phones. I come back from the job, and instantly “hey SplotBoi, you need to go do blah blah blah”. And the 2 supervisors that do this the most are both female.

I’ve tried multiple approaches, saying no, pointing at the other workers not doing shit, just leaving. Nothing fucking works, at this point I’m just the workplace bitch. And I can’t be disrespectful to them since they are a higher rank and can easily make it worse for me.

If anyone has a similar situation, how did/do you deal with it?
