It seems like most men on TRP live by the rule, "She's not yours, it's just your turn," which is a bit solemn to say the least. It seems relatively unrealistic, frankly, and I think that it ultimately makes TRP community seem a bit insecure overall.

"She's not yours, it's just your turn" implies that whilst being in a monogamous relationship, you should not become too emotionally committed to a woman because there is a high probability she will leave you or fuck chad. Or both.

However, it seems that men and women cheat equally. At least based on what the internet tells me... And sure, women do initiate something like 70%-80% of divorces, and initiate the breakup of LTR's like 20% more often than men, however I would attribute this to the inherent "abundance mentality" that most women have due to sheer amount of attention they receive from males. You're more likely to want to end a relationship if you know you've got suitors lined up waiting for you.

But back to the point: An extremely large number of women ARE happily monogamous and will ultimately NEVER cheat on their partners

So I don't get it, where is this absolutism coming from? I would guess that at least half of women that are in happy marriages/relationships wouldn't be interested in fucking chad if the opportunity presented itself, and actually value commitment.

Could somebody here convince me that the vast majority of women in LTR's will eventually fuck chad? I have gained a LOT from TRP philosophy, but this is one of those things I don't really agree with yet, but I would genuinely like to be convinced that this is the case, as many intelligent men here seem to be strong advocates of this ideology.
