If you wear the pants, then it's your job to reward good behaviour and punish bad. If your LTR has been working hard to earn your praise but you aren't giving it she may be resentful. But you certainly don't dispense treats at the push of a button, or you will devalue your own attention.

Imagine yourself as a father figure. Asshole dads never reward good behaviour, they only punish. Limp beta dads vomit attention at people, usually their daughters, but have no boundaries. You need to be the middle ground. When your LTR thinks of you, which does she see?

In most LTRs men are fearful, defensive and too focused on themselves. They can't lead simply because they are unaware of the people around them.

There's a way a girl asks this that can be basically a shit test/she got some shit in her head from one of her girlfriends. Then there's that she feels insecure and identifies you as an outside entity that can resolve that insecurity for her. (A bit codependent, but not arrogance at least.)

I was with a girl who did this so often it became a gigantic massive turn off.

I basically felt like I would be brow beaten into giving her affection if I didn't. It was just too much. I wasn't used to being with a high maintenance girl like her, and accept some parts are part of that comes with such a personality, but this just made me feel like a compliment dispensing robot.

Gives some insight into whats going on in girls minds. They need a constant cheerleader giving them affirmation. A lot of these types of girls, their entire world is just giving them positive affirmation that they are good etc...its like a company of yes men. The irony is they want a guy who will say no and put them in their place...but they also can't really handle that emotionally outside of getting fucked. These types of girls are like huskies. Pretty, high energy, and require a lot of management and your energy to keep up with her anxious and insecure nature. Its all the more paradoxical when this is an extroverted girl. How can one person be so anxious, yet friendly and outgoing? Makes no sense, but yknow women.

People have different love languages. Just because you prefer action doesnt mean she does.

I prefer when a woman does acts of service. I dont care for gifts or words of affirmation. She sounds like she wants words from you and that shows you care about her.

Like others said...sprinkle them in here and there. Use it as a reward system and train her. When she does something you really like saying something nice to her.

Action guys don't have healthy LTR. This is where new redpillers fail. They start reading sidebar and all the material, and they want to apply it whit all the girls, even when their LTR.

First, its difficul to be RP in a previous relationship in wich you wasn't RP. This generates an invalance in your behaviour and a lack of congruence in your role.

Second, LTR is a calibration between alpha/beta, dread and comfort. I use to keep the balance in 70dread/30comfort. You have to look for the balance that works for you.

In conclusion: Comfort her, say something nice to her. "say something nice" can be a shit test and you can say something like "only if you behave good". But it also can be a comfort test like in this case, wich is worse. Don't be a jerk in LTR's. Game her, but comfort her too.
