Dude, you need to seriously work on yourself. You've been chasing after a girl who is not at all into you for years? And she made fun of you and laughed in your face? That's not a beta orbiter, that's an omega orbiter.

First, don't talk to anyone about the redpill. If you hear people talking about it in public, play dumb (i.e. "The red pill? Is that a matrix reference?"). Talking to people about TRP isn't going to improve your life at all, because most don't have a clue what it means.

Next, stop talking to this girl. Which means, don't tell her you're going to stop orbiting her. You're making me cringe even just imagining the conversation. You don't have to ignore this girl, just don't text her or go out of your way to interact with her. Trust me, your life will be 100% better when you move forward.

Next, work on yourself. Read the sidebar. Sign up for the gym. Change your diet. Set goals. Stop looking at porn everyday. It's not getting you anywhere good in life. Read books to improve yourself. Etc.

It's going to take a long time, and a lot of honest, hard work, but your life can and will get better if you make the choices.
