As a result of last night I have been running soft dread game.

Wat? I don't think you know what dread game really is. It cannot be "run since last night". You've already put a reasonable amount of dread into her mind. Otherwise her hamster wouldn't be going apeshit and she would refrain from harrassing you in the middle of a fuck.

I assume you meant that you chose to soft-next her for creating unnecessary drama. If that is the fact, that's a little bit too much for this small episone in my opinion.

Do not punish her too much for being a little child who's jealous and afraid to loose you. If you overdo it, you'll just end up with a huge pile of unnecessary drama, which will eventually lead to you having to hard-next her because she went insane.

The situation is kind of shitty though. You usually would have to punish that behaviour (especially with the last message), but in this case it's totally your fault. Never talk about your other plates and surely never tell them that and when you are going to meet another one. Just tell them flat out: "I don't talk about stuff like that." or stick to the old "I don't kiss and tell."-line, or even say something along "Nah. You don't want to know." and then switch topics.

It's probably time to remind her of the status of and the perspectives for your relationship and tell her to make a choice. Then go no contact until she gets back to you with her decision.

I'd personally start recruiting new plates. I don't think that this special one will spin much longer, regardless of what you do. You can prolong it for some time, but not indefinetly.

Let that be a lesson to you. Keep your mouth shut. Nothing good ever came from talking too much.

It's a bad idea to reveal any details about the other plates, even such trivial shit like their hair color.

But on the other hand, I let them get jealous. To a healthy manageable degree. Then it's actually a force for good, helps the plate keep spinning.

You can't allow yourself to "crack". That's know here as losing frame. She is effectively dominating you, setting the rules which you feel obliged to follow. To avoid that shit, use the classic tactic of Agree&Amplify, cheeky humor, teasing her instead of answering, and never taking her tantruming seriously (i.e. don't get aghast at it, try to respond lovingly and conservatively no matter how she rages).

Ignoring her Hypertext Attack is a great strategy. Later on make sure to let her know what you think about sexy, rebellious Hypertexting Love Terrorists, and what punishment she can expect in bed. She'll be livid, but hold frame, she is loving it.

You haven't made it clear what you want, but I assume you want to retain her as a plate.

Here's the thing: women want commitment. Sure, there are exceptions, but almost all women have a drive to lock down the best quality man they can. She's known you for over a year, but how long have you been banging? Most plates do not last more than about five months. No matter how well you spin them, eventually they go off chasing commitment when it becomes clear you're not going to come through.

It sounds to me like this one is about ready to fall. (That's why we call 'em plates.)

If the sex is good and you like her company, dial the dread back just a little and bang her really good and frequently in the near future, while deflecting all talk about other women and commitment. And spin other plates.
