Your response depends on your frame. "Ok, we'll have fun" or "No worries, just fun" will likely suffice. Follow that with logistics and nothing else. You're awesome and have abundance so you don't care if you hook up, right?

Go out, have fun, make sure she pays for some stuff. Escalate. If she's not receptive then cut it off early. Focus on her actions, not her words.
