I think it's not your looks but just being 100% honestly comfortable in your own skin. Cause even if you gain what is deemed attractive in society and you are not comfortable with it, you will not attract women and if you do it will only be temporarily. I've always just wanted to be skinny, I know it's not attractive to women but it makes ME feel attractive, I want to look this way. I feel like women are way more attracted to me now then before when I had muscles just cause I am way more confident cause being skinny feels like my authentic self ?

Some of this stuff is reasonable.

But when it comes to the height enhancing shoes, no. You have to be way too mindful to not get caught, or have to resort to specific lies to explain it. Women wearing heels is a different dynamic that isn't the least bit comparable.

I have no doubt being tall nets you higher points, but I also know being outed for wearing those will likely make you feel worse.

Overall, a guy should just focus on looking his best, but not overdoing it to the point where it reaches ridiculous territory.

Many of these things wouldn't be an issue for someone that is confident and secure. I actually started wearing glasses because I look a little more dignified. My teeth are a little fucked, but women have always commented that they like my smile. I am considered "short" at 5'6" but there are plenty of women that I like, and like me. Physically, I'm pretty average, but I try to dress well always, and women notice. So, what I'm trying to say, is that being comfortable with yourself can compensate for many "shortcomings".

I think if you are buff, you can get away with being bald. If you are just regular chubby dad bod or you are fat, or skinny, bald sucks.

I am fairly lean and fit, but tall and have all my hair. I would trade my hair for more muscles though

These all concern the physical side, which is great but not a be all end all

A deeper layer would be improving your lifestyle. Hitting the gym and maybe playing a sport would be a boost, other stuff such as scheduling travels, reading books, learning some languages, dances, etc will make your world much more interesting for the girls to dive into.

Social media is a quick and easy way to convey the above

Okay this sounds like an insecure personal rationalising why they do certain things and how to get away with it. This doesn't seem like self improvement or game.

Sorry dude, don't mean to be rude but this is how you come across.

We are what we are. Utilise what you have the best you can and work on great mental health, self love, work and hobbies. Women like a man who's already begun, they don't need you to be 100%. That's a myth.
