I don't even understand the question. If I'm embarrassed to admit to having done something, why wouldn't I just do things different, next time? Why would I care if someone judged me for changing?

The entire question seems trapped, like a fly in honey, in the judgments of others.

Here's the tip: Stop caring about people's judgments and categorizations of you. Instead, pay close attention to how they're feeling with you, right now. Are they relaxed? Are they enjoying themselves? If they're tense, is it from enthusiasm or excitement, or from anxiety and self-consciousness, or from a feeling of defensiveness or even revulsion. Pay attention. Then be playful and modify how you behave with people, paying attention to how you're feeling and how they're feeling. If women are frequently closing up in your presence, then relax and find ways to help them relax. If you can't figure out any ways to help them relax, then go do something else and leave them alone.

My main problem is not approaching enough women during the day. My goal is often at least 10 per day. It’s hard to find 10 women a day I’m actually attracted to.

Have I had problems with dating before? Well no fucking shit Sherlock, I am on the Seduction sub and have read "The Game" and studied/practiced various systems. You don't do that shit, if your dating life is 10/10.

Now all that aside, I have also done a lot of Shadow Work, so have confronted Religious Upbringing, Social Anxiety as a kid, Bullying from said Social Anxiety, and other fucked up shit.

No actually I do get it, do you wanna know what problem I have, I still cannot always tell if a woman is into me. The other problem I have is married mates are fucking boring on nights out, however riding solo sorts that.

However none of these are embarassing.

Note: I am not saying I never get embarrassed, but its more a "in the moment thing", I get over it, life goes on.

I'm just embarrassed of not looking good enough honestly. Like, if girls aren't drunk as shit and it's a little dark I'm basically hopeless at this point. And even then i can usually just end up with the bottom 20% (looks wise) of girls at the party.

I literally just want a double jaw surgery, a face lift and a hair transplant so badly. Plus a few rounds of stuff like skin boosters, lasers, phenol peel etc. It always feels like I need to do 10 times as much as good looking guys for 10% of the results

i cant get laid anymore, i can get dates (sometimes multiple with same person), maybe a kiss or hand hold or cuddle but no one wants to have sex or im bad at escalating, im not sure if we are in a sexrecession or i just suck but in my 20s it was easy mode

Basically all in person interactions with girls, cold approach or even just casual acquaintances irl, range from going just merely bad all the way to downright awful, very rarely are they good.

However, dating app success, from matching, getting dates, and getting laid, has been sky high for a while. The dates from the apps usually go pretty well, and dating overall has never been better for me.

In irl interactions, even warm approach, I will consistently strike out with all girls, even 1s and 2s, but on the apps easily get 5s-7s, which is not normal. Living with this strange dichotomy is not really a problem (yet?), but I don’t think it’s a really good way for life to be lived, so seldomly I’ll actually wonder what’s going on.
